| The fork brace does seem to stabilize the front fork better but as is typical of all the Kuryakin products on my bike, the chrome is bubbling off and looks terrible. My Kuryakin passenger armrests were so embarassing, I had to just throw them away. |

I'm an Iron Butt member. My Air Hawk is great for long trips. The GL 1800 seat is comfortable for under 200 mile trips. Very little air pressure is very comfortable. I'm happy with my Air Hawk for long trips. The down side is two fold. Remember it is AIR. Temperature changes affects how hard or soft it is. i.e. Ride desert during the day and then at night, it gets pretty flat. Also, similarly change in altitude affects how comfortable. I'm near Denver, 5280'. When I go into the mountains and passes, the Air Hawk flattens because of barometric pressure. I've made 1K mile day trips without the Air Hawk. My butt was pretty tired / sore. I've made 1K mile day trips with the Air Hawk. I could walk correctly and didn't need a butt rub. Of course like a baby I like women rubbing my butt. :) Would be nice to be able to adjust on the road. Good comfort and adjustable product. |
| When searching the site the page indicates this is an item for the GL1500. It does ot specify that it is for an Interstate or AE so the default assumption is that it is for all. Well I ordered and noticed that it does not fit the 93 gl1500I and called for an RMA and although given the RMA number I was told that it was my fault that I ordered something that doesn't fit my bike. In most other instances I have seen where it say "will fit XYZ only" or when I do a searchf or the gl1500 it won't come up. At any rate wasted time and money ordering a part that isn't for my bike. |
| Had them on for many miles and installation is simple. This simplified tire changes as well since you never have to balance again. |

| I replaced my OEM with the monotube kit and simplified the care and feeding of a very important part of the GoldWing performance. I had already disabled the ADV prior and found the monotube inserts enhanced the ride. |
| After my fork seals started to seep yet again I decided to order this kit. I had progressive springs in the front already and was pretty happy with the ride. It was a very easy install. I used 1 shim per side and left the anti dive working. Wow!! What a difference. I never believed that something could make that much of a difference in ride and handling. Small little dips and riding up into a curb to enter a driveway used to be a bit harsh. Now the bike just floats over it and you would never know the dip was there. Handles nicer in the corners too. Best money I ever spent. |
| This is made from quality materials. I did have an issue securing the straps that attach under the fairing covers. I added safety pins to the straps before I put the covers back on, so the straps won't back out. Other than that, I love it. |
| Took 5 minutes to install, and it looks great. Added something to the normally naked looking front fender. Highly recommend it. |
