| Added these to my 2012 GL. It completes the chrome package when dressing the side of the bike. This piece bolts into place and is a direct replacement of the OEM part. This piece is made of metal. Just do it! |
| I bought this set for my 2012 GL. Easy install just remove the black plastic panels, transfer the rubber stops and install the chrome. Being able to now check oil levels without removing panels is priceless. Get it! |
| Easy install on my 2012 GL. No tear down required. Just remove the plastic weld joint cover with a screw driver and install the chrome. The bottom screws in while the upper sticks on. 15 minutes per side. Get it! |

| The OEM windshield on my 08 wing had developed numerous scratches over the years. Really made it difficult to see when riding into the sun. Reportedly they were caused by cleaning, even though I always used a microfiber clothe and cleaner. I purchased the +2 tinted. I am 5'8" and I can't believe how much it cuts back on the wind. Haven't had a passenger on yet to see how that goes. The clarity is also great. The best part is the recommended cleaning material is Windex and paper towels. Recommend this one. |

| A plus to riding good weather or bad. Cuts down on driver and passenger wind and gives some protection from road debris. They can be adjusted to bring in air to cool or adjusted to stop cool air. They add a little more style to the bike or trike. |
| What a difference it made on my ride to work in the mornings. Lights up the roadside great. Definitely glad I sprung for these. Installation took just under 2 hours, from start to finish. Fishing the connector out, for the switch install, was the most time consuming part of the project. |
| I just put these on my 08 and they look AWESOME. Yes, they're a little pricey, but there is no comparison to the plastic variety. A coworker has a 2010, outfitted with the the plastic ones, and he immediately asked what brand mine are......said he was replacing his with the same. |
| My wife and I each have a 2013 Gold Wing purchased in January, 2013. BOTH of us have experienced punctured coolant overflow tanks in the first year of ownership. I knew this could be an issue, but was originally talked out of getting the belly pan by a friend who never had a problem. The punctured tanks were discovered during a routine maintenance check in September. The service manager said it was a comical sight when the technician came in all wide eyed and said "You are not going to believe this, but both have punctured tanks." At $100 each to replace, I was kicking myself for not trusting my instincts...so if you don't believe it can happen to you, think again. Money well spent I say. Oh, and both bikes had front fender extensions fitted at time of purchase. |

Ok, I got the the F-2 (Tinted) windshield about two weeks ago. Installation is a snap, although the directions leave a little to be desired. I strongly recommend watching the U-Tube video from Cruiseman, it is better than the one on here. I ordered the F-2 instead of the F-4 because I thought I wanted a little more protection on the interstates, but I still like to feel the wind when riding the back roads. I’m 6-1 and with the F-2 all the way down, I look straight into the upper lip of the windshield. You can really feel the difference of the larger windshield at highway speeds, I will miss the ability to look over the windshield on the back roads. The clarity is absolutely awesome and I really like the fact that you can clean the shield with glass cleaner. I have a 2008 titanium 1800 and the tinted shield looks awesome with bike paint. If you get the tinted shield be aware that you will give up a little visibility at night. Over all I give the windshield a 5…… Great Clarity, Easy Care, Great Appearance, and the current sale price is great. Keep it Between the Ditches. |
| I installed these on 4/4/2013. I now have approx 4000 miles on the tubes, new fluid and seals. The ride is EXCELLENT. It handles like it was new again and it sits just like I bought in 2009 when I use the side stand. I put the fork tubes in the original place in the triple tree and i used one shim per the instructions. I weigh 153# bare a.. naked and with all my gear on and all the crap i take work, the combined weight is approx 180# (+/- say 5#). I am 5' 6" with an inseam of 29". Yes I tippy toe at stop lights and stop signs. The ride is a bit rough but i attribute this to my o.c.d. of me setting higher tire pressures than recommended. It handles far better than when the bike was new with the oem springs but then I was coming off of a 1990 Honda Pacific Coast 800 that had an upgrade of just the Progressive springs that I rode for 13 years. It handles so good now, I can scrape my engine and saddle bag guards and center stand on turns. I did this with the oem springs to but the lean angle is far more now than before. Big or small bumps and rough roads are so much smoother now to. Railroad tracks are smoother along with cattle crossings. Freeway ride has really improved by being silky smooth, it doesn't matter if the road surface is rough either. The new tubes just soak it up. I highly recommend this as a alternative to the $1500+ upgrade, which I can't remember the name right now. |
