I installed these on my 2013 Gold Wing last week. I have had only one chance to ride it but it was about 120 miles, mostly highway. the installation was super easy. If you are old and have weak arthritic hands, like me, then a buddy can help squeeze the heat shields. they look and sound awesome. I have already had lots of compliments on the looks and sound. Between 50-70MPH there seems to be a little bit of a drone, but I have been riding quiet, so I don't mind. they are pretty quiet at idle, but the sound picks up quickly. I love these mufflers, and I think I can feel a little extra power. Haven't had the miles to check fuel mileage for improvements, but really don't care! Thanks again Wingstuff and Cobra!!
Save your money. Go to a car parts store and get one with a large nut on the back. I drilled the hole EXACTLY 1 1/8" and this stupid thing pulls out of the hole each time I remove the charger. Garbage!
I've had this item for sometime and it has never been satisfactory. To fit it needs to be modified, even then it won't stay tightened and scrapes the ground on a moderate left turn. Totally aggravated, heading out the door right now, removing it and throwing it away.
I added these to my bike shortly after buying it, and they really are a perfect addition to the otherwise nondescript vent holes in the fairing. Very easy to install.
These were on the bike when I bought it, and my wife loves the comfort and convenience of them. The built in cupholder is awesome, and so easy to use - and it hides away nicely when not in use. The only thing that users need to be aware of is that the armrests need to be swung away from the bike in order to open the trunk, and the passenger intercom connection needs to be relocated. Nonetheless, these are the nicest passenger armrests I've seen for a Goldwing.
Added these Shark Gills to my bike, and they really make the bike look awesome! Love the chrome addition and the "predator" look they give the bike.
Just added this little accent piece to my 2009 GL 1800, and I am very pleased with the look. Easy to install and stays on very securely if the installation directions are followed.
Easy to install and dresses up the front fender to just the right degree.
The rack came with my 2009 GL 1800 and is in perfect, new condition. I HAVE seen this same rack on a US model Goldwing, that was either in a high salt environment, or was stored outdoors in a higher humidity area, or both. Regardless, it was NOT in good condition. The chrome was pitted on the top of the rack and bubbling on the bottom. My bike is always stored inside, and I clean it meticulously - plus I live in an area where the humidity is very low, so I'm thinking the deterioration won't be an issue. Love the look of it, but I do think anyone who buys it should be aware of potential limitations. I'd give it 5 stars if I hadn't seen the condition on another Goldwing.

This is a must have for winter storage! Simple to use & will keep your battery maintained when you are not riding. Hook it up & forget about it . . . your battery will enjoy years more life!
The original bridgestone for the GL1800 were terrible. Too soft. Now with the redesign they much better. Smoother and better ride than Dunlop and better in the rain.
