| I have been considering adding fog lights to my 2014 GL1800 for a while, but wasn't really sold on the idea until these came out. The turn signals and daytime running lights represent an added value that I just could not pass up, even considering the lofty price. I am happy with the look of the lights on my bike and am sure I could have done the install better if I had waited until colder weather to do it. That way I would have taken my time and not have been concerned with my bike being out of commission for long. The kit includes plenty of spacers to move the lights closer to the cowl and by taking more time I could have test-fit the cowl and added spacers as necessary. After the trouble I had getting my cowl back on, hoping I never have to remove it again, but that wasn't the fault of the lighting kit. I did have to ding them one star for a missing adjuster insert. |
| Had High expectations after reading previous reviews. It got rid of the whine, but it also greatly affected the volume of my MP3 player that I use on that auxillary plug. Bike volume all the way to max (30), MP3 volume to max, and could barely hear it. I'm hoping there is a remedy for this. Any thoughts? |
| Used this to control my ring of fire, fog lights and angel eyes. Easy install just take your time. Did not come with a cover but had planned on using my eagle ones anyway. |

Great deal on this combo kit...With this wrench all you need is a drain pan to catch the oil. Easily removes drain plug and filter for an oil change without the need to remove other bike parts to gain access. The drain plug is great for inspecting for any metal shavings as an early warning alert before any real engine problems arise. This is a must have for anyone who will be doing their own oil and filter changes...A+ |
| Really like the look,but Honda is rite. The extension is to much for the fender to sustain over really rough roads. The rear section of my fender broke 3000 miles from home in Manhattan.Had to remove the extension and duct tape to get back to Seattle. |

I installed this piece and broke one of the retaining tabs. However, the remaining tabs still hold it securely in place. I ride alot during all kinds of weather. I have not been bothered by any reflections or glares as some have noted. I guess it boils down to individual preference. Installation note: I would suggest to remove the meter panel then remove the old accent piece. Then I would install the new accent piece. The reason for this is to lessen the likelyhood of breaking a retaining tab while trying to install it around the key switch cylinder at the same time. Removing the meter panel takes the key switch out of the installation equation. Then when you reinstall the meter panel you can easily fit the accent piece around the key switch cylinder. |

Look if your into a quiet ride no way in hell should ever replace the stock pipes, now if you want more sound these are the way to go! My son got these pipes for his '12 navi and man these are wicked! After taking off the stock pipes we fired it up just to hear it without the pipes and its damn near the same with these pipes on. The sound it has is that of a high end sports car and to some these are loud but you should have known that a straight pipe with no baffle would be. I will recommend that if you are installing these yourself have an extra set of hands, steel wool, and a 12 pack. Just like anything with an exhaust system you'd want to use the steel wool to clean up the joints to smooth out and rust or debris before connecting the pipes. The right side went on without a hitch just like a post we read earlier. The left side was the issue but after rebuilding/chopping/customizing a few derelict '82 wings it was no problem. What we did was just bore out the hanger hole into a more oblong shape to give us that extra 2cm that we needed to fully seat it. Now if you are mechanically inclined I'd say go for installing it yourself otherwise if you can find a mechanic, have them install it for you to save you a potential headache as there can be a ton of small variances from the manufacturing process of not only your wing but also these pipes. Now after a few months of riding long distance with the pipes he still loves them especially with that traffic in LA and now I'm tempted on putting them on my 1st gen 1800. They may need some tweaking to fit but hell 99% of aftermarket parts need to be adjusted anyway |
| Bought a set of these back in 2012, but unfortunately, high speed, wind and a loose grommet, I lost one, they only come in pairs, time for a new set |
| These light have big gaps all the way around them when installed. And the instruction are worthless.You cannot see the turn signals if the fog lights are turned on. Why have daytime running lights. You should just leave the fog lights on when your riding. |
| Quality finished look! Easy install.....just wired them into harness wires for my trailer lights. They now act as running lights, signal and brake lights. They really brighten up the back of the bike. |
| I agree with Richard. These lights seem like a good idea but they are the worst crap I ever saw. The fit is horrible. They don't follow the contours of the fairing and on top of them being crappy looking and not having the plug and go connectors like some of the other top manufacturers, one doesn't even work after all the work putting them on. The only reason I'm giving it 1 star is because they don't have 0 stars. Don't waste your time or money with this junk. |
