150 miles into a 3000 road trip a wheel center cap was in the road. i did not see it until the car in front of me passed over it and then it was too late,my front tire ran over it and it went into the front of my belly pan and put a one inch long gash in the front pan cover. if it was not there,my lower end and oil filter would be history. this is the best purchace i have made. i wish i could include a picture of the mess i made of the cover. |
| We just returned from a 1600 mile trip and am entirely happy with this Rivco Cooler rack system. During motel stays, we removed the cooler rack from the "J-bar" and carried the rack and storage container in with us. Easy mounts on and off and does not move once in place. The J-bar stayed in the receiver the whole trip and was removed once back at home. Except for the slight installation modifications I had to make as previously mentioned, this is a great product. |

I bought these air deflectors to combat the intense heat coming off my 87 Aspy in the summer months . I was a bit skeptical of the strength of mounting with just 2 bolts on the edge of the fairing, but properly installed , these things are awsome ! Lots of huge air directed just where I need it. The wings themselves rate a solid 5 stars. Keep in mind that my 87 does not have a lot of room to spare on the fairing edge , so these are as big as you could expect to mount there . My only complaint is with the cheap hardware to mount These require a drilled hole and an expanding anchor , that sadly is a cheap china imitation that will only cause frustration as you try to turn them and strip out the threads as they randomly mush/break off. I consider myself as quite handy , and am lucky to have an industrial supplier to get the real thing . It may be out of order to mention other companies , so try to find " steel rivet nuts for plasics". Even these are a bit of a trick to install . | Noticed that they don't sell the Elite 3 tires..The front tire had a flat spot, returned it, Wing stuff gave me another one, they were great. Now after 3K that tire has a flat spot on the side and is rocking the bars. Just replaced it..And not a Dunlop. |
| Inexpensive way to add just a little more noticeable light on your vehicle, especially if you happen to be sitting somewhere with your lights out. For the money a nice little extra touch! |
| I have run the Bridgestones on my 2010 Goldwing for years without any real issue. A few weeks ago, I decided to give the new E4s a shot. I installed them in advance of a 3800 mile trip. They were great for the 1st 2000 miles but after that point, the rear tire started to cup horribly. Now after 3800 miles the rear is cupped and extremely noisy. Front looks fine though. Very disappointed to say the least. |

Ok guys, let's be honest about all of this. Some have had troubles with this and some install in only a couple minutes. I am afraid that I am one of the ones who had to put some (as in 3 hours, give or take) work into it. BUT.....the problem is NOT Rivco's fault. The F6B kickstand is a casting. A quick glance tells you that. The stands are cast and then final shaping is done by hand. Clearly, some stands receive more shaping than others. Apparently some workers are willing to put in extra effort and some do not. In my case, the foot of the stand was too thick fit into the channel of this pad. In my case, I needed to use a hand file to shape a lip on the aft edge of the kickstand foot in order for it to properly fit the channel of the pad. Then after getting the proper shape, I had to repaint the stand as I'd filed most of the paint off of it. However, after 3 hours of filing and fitting and painting....it install nicely and does a great job in service. It would have been nice if Honda had a little more consistency in their manufacturing of the stand...but the fact that they don't can't be blamed on Rivco. When the stand is up, the edge of the pad comes terribly close to the pipes...but it DOES clear. The pad is well made (for what it is) and cleanly finished. I'd buy it again. |
| I just replace my 10 year old Road Sofa with a Midrider with back rest. WOW. What a ride! My Wife loves the extra couple of inches and she now sit up straight. They are a lot of money and I did have trouble justifying the expense. I have to say this seat was worth every penny. We are at that age now when my thoughts are leaning more to my wife's comfort in order to keep her riding. This is just one more nice improvement for her comfort and mine. Oh and be ready for the always interested people when they see it. I love the attention at rest areas and restaurants on our rides. We meet a lot of nice people this way. |
| Just installed these the other day. easy to install, took about 30 minutes and we were off. Big improvement for the wife as she was getting blown around a lot back there before. I can feel the difference up front too. great product, well worth the dollars for the passenger's comfort. |
| I have both lift and right. I put the extenders on earth side then put them on opposite sides. That makes the handle bars 3" longer. I am 6' 2" with long arms. These really help. |

| Bought it on a whim. Had for 6 months and finally put it on. Rode one tank and took it off. Got back on the bike and rode about 50 miles pulled over on the shoulder of the road and put it back on. I never ride without it. I have what is called "assata l" I have no "A-S at all" |
