| I am not a Hater, usually don't blog or leave reviews, but this horrible experience forced me to. 53 years of dirt n street riding, changed a lot of grips in those years. Used mostly HONDA grip glue, but was out. I read the precuations of the others about the glue so I thought I was ready. Test fit, marked final location, used glue sparingly. It literally STOPPED 2 INCHES TOO SOON!!. I used every muscle in my body, all the swear words I knew and started making some up. It was Stuck! Managed to wrestle off the metal housing. Used Laquer thinner, windex, nothing dissolves the glue. It is INDUSTRIAL STRENGHT! Says so on the tube. I have a motorcycle not a freaking air plane. This crap sets up faster than imaginable! Don't use it! Get some that is for grips, but not this crap...Black Widow adhesive. I had to use a razor blade carefully to get my grip separated from the throttle sleeve. And thinner Barely gets it off the metal or rubber. The instructions claim it sets in 24 hours, really?, more like 2.4 seconds. It is worse than PVC hot glue to get off your fingers. I have absolutely NO patience for companies that don't do their R&D. Kuryakyn clearly is shipping these wonderful grips with the wrong glue. Avoid Coronary Thrombosis and get some good old HONDA grip glue instead. Or risk ruining a new set of grips. Your choice! |

On taking my 2012 Goldwing up the Ramp at Haines off the Boat I caught the bottom edge of the ramp as it was nots roped down flush and caught the centre stand breaking the alloy casting attachment point off and the radiator overflow.Bugga.... Should have had your belly pan guard would have saved the day |
| I installed my 2018 backrest last week. The installation is so much simpler with the 2018. (no more dreaded seat cutting) I had one on my 2012 and I knew this would be my first accessory. My back thanked me as soon as I put it on. The Honda backrest just looks scrawny compared to the Utopia. The price is better too. |
| I am on my 2nd pan first one worked great till the screws seized in the hole. I bought another one and first thing replaced the little screws with same size but a bolt much easier to remove. |

Installed this product on a friends Gl1800 High and Low beams. These LED bulbs are Amazing. One you install. you will ask yourself . Why it took me this long to get rid of the stock OEM . Little finessing to install. Well worth it. |
| I purchased the buggy bumpers but besides shutting very hard,, My trunk open lights keep coming on,, any one know how to adjust it so the trunk open lights go off? |
| I have installed several of these boards , they can be very sturdy , you must check the fasteners all the time or you may loose the platforms or use a mild locking agent on the bolts when you go to perform the install , so you might want to position the boards to your liking before doing the final tightening. Speaking of tightening , Kuryakyn has slowly been improving the threading / plating process but I see about half of these boards with poorly threaded holes especially on the 3/8" and 1/2 " fasteners so they give you a tube of anti-seize compound to prevent stripping of the poorley threaded holes that aren't properly cleaned out after the plating process , so you have the largest mounts using anti-seize and this is where is see these boards come loose when a Goldwing comes in for service , I think Kuryakyn needs to address this long term problem with the threads on many of their products, so a clean torque can be achieved in my opinion. |

I absolutely love these lights. They add so much more light at night and make me much more visible at all times. Installation was a bit tricky - I was able to snake cabling up through the fairing simply enough on one side, while the other side was a royal pain in the the a$$. My hands are of average size and I just could not get the wiring to where it needed to be. I should also mention that the lights were very slightly off when it came to matching up to the fairing holes, but not enough to really matter. It's just something that only I know about and is really not visible. It could even be due to my own inability to properly align things. Adding into existing connections was a snap - no worries there. Everything worked as it should. Switch provided looks to almost be OEM on my 2016 Wing. This is a DEFINITE must have item. You will be happy you bought them. |
| Other than the simplicity to remove the backrest, its a bad design and poor quality. The bars get in the way of the legs of a passenger, The lock mechanism needs to be tweaked once in awhile, rust is starting to show through. When folded forward, the arms grab the seat. |
