| Love this product.... Seeing that this package came with minimal install instruction,, I went to the internet for hands on direction. Once I found the step by step what to do video, the install was rather painless. Seeing that I wanted to have all my rear lights activate when braking, it took a little longer to find the proper wire to cut in to but once I did, it went smoother then I expected.. The results are exactly what the Brake Modulator said it would do... I used the option 2, which gives 5 flashes then stays on steady like normal until I release the brake leaver. If this doesn't get the vehicles behind me to notice that I am stopping than nothing will. At least I will have that accident caught on my rear camera.... |
| Only had a chance to wear them a couple of times...but so far, so good.At an OAT of 40*, feet were nice and warm, boot is comfortable. The true test will be in Jun. - Aug. when we get our 115*+ temps.The side zipper makes on/off nice and EZ. |
| Look at even the mfg's photos from atop the bike: it clearly shows the pegs do not line up equally in on both sides (right side is further ahead than left side). You are able to adjust the positioning so that they do align equally (left side & right side), but then the heights are not equal (the left side is lower than the right side). The configuration of the brackets make it impossible to have both Height and Left - Right positioning equal. Impossible !the good thing: another buyer also noted this; Wingstuff has the listing noted as "W/O Pegs", but the pegs do indeed come with the brackets. So everything you need is included in $299 package. But it's still no consolation that you are always going to have one foot higher or further stretched out than the other. You'll always have to sit cockeyed using these pegs. Not very impressive. |
| This trunk rack bag does not fit satisfactory the GT Tour Rack for 2018+ Gold Wing Tour . The bungee hooks are sliding backwards , since the outside tubes of the rack are not parallel ,they converge to the back . Also the hook/loop straps of the bag are not in an ideal position for this rack . |
| Wow! Huge difference compared to stock. High Beam much more difficult. It’s all by feel anyway. No room to see and install. Had to walk away twice for the one on left, of driver. Pretty crowded compartment for that one. Finally purchased a pair of 13” needle nose to connect the clip that holds the bulb in place. Used a small piece of duct tape to hold the spacer in place. Very much worth the effort. |
| Very easy to install. I can’t think of a better safety component to improve your visibility to others while on the road. Doesn’t have to be on all the time, especially when following someone from behind. Good idea to turn on ahead of approaching intersections when someone is about to either turn left in front of you, or when someone on the right is creeping out from a stop sign. High quality build. Highly recommended . Never been disappointed with products from Wingstuff. |
| It is not as deep as I thought it was when I ordered it, but I got this as a replacement for the short little bar on the drink holder that comes on the Kuryakyn passenger armrest (the one that swings out and has a single fold-up bar across the bottom). The problem with the bar was it was so short regular sized bottles of water would fall out, this is a little deeper (about an 1-1/2 inch) but because it is enclosed it grips a tumbler to help hold it in. |
