This jumper is installed to keep the fog lights on when the high beams are activated. Remove the existing 12v relay on the bike. This would be present if your bike already has driving/fog lights. If your bike has never had fog lights/driving lights than the relay/harness will not be present. You would need to purchase the relay/harness in addition to this jumper.
