Honda Audio Systems: HC-GB - 1980–2017 w/5-pin system
J&M Audio Systems: HC-GJM - 1999–2023 w/6-pin system

With the elite 929 series helmet headsets, we have specifically re-tuned the gain/sensitivity circuits of the AeroMike® VI for further improvements to the VOX intercom operation for audio systems when compared to our previous 801 series headsets. We have also simplified the LOWER cord selections.

This re-tuning has been accomplished WITHOUT affecting the already outstanding performance provided, when connected to audio systems like you will find on the Honda Gold Wing. (Current #HC-GB lower-section cord to be used for all 1980-2017 Honda audio systems)

Microphone Type: Dynamic miniature extra-high-output AeroMike® VI boom-style microphone.
Helmet Speakers: 45mm large-diameter high-intensity helmet speakers for superior on-highway audio performance.
Mounting Features: Clamp-less style mounting with upper cord pigtail integrated into headset (single hole drilled for mounting).
Applications: Will connect to any factory installed motorcycle audio system in existence today, including the 1998-2024 Harley Infotainment systems & Honda GL-1800 Premium Audio, just by interchanging the lower section hook-up cord.
Packaging: Includes universal clamp-less mounting hardware and complete installation instructions.
Country of Manufacture: Made-In-The-USA at our factory in Tucson Arizona, from both domestic and foreign raw materials.

Quality lacking & no JMC support

With in a month of installing the speakers started to cut in and out. Returned for warranty repair, I had to pay shipping. Reinstalled and now less than a month it has developed a "popping" and also fades in and out when I turn my head. JMC expects me to remove the components again and pay for shipping again. I will not be purchasing anymore J&M Corp products, there is other choices.
