Magnetic Drain Plug & Final Drive w/Washer

feeling foolish now.
| These plugs need a 13mm tool to loosen them as opposed to the 17mm size of the stock parts. Also, I did discover that at least on 2012 Goldwing that the final drive drain plug already has a magnet insert. And it appears to be better built plug. So during my very next service I will be reinstalling the original final drive plug and buying another one for the crankcase. Wingstuff's plugs will then become expensive one time slingshot ammo. Duck Wingstuff! |

A nice pan!
| This pan is well built, and spiffy. I am ready for a few gravel roads now, Alaska bound soon I hope! P.S. I was tempted to leave the protective white vinyl covering in place due to it matching up with my white Goldwing, but then I realized I would either have melting white goo as it heated up with the engine or an insurance claim to file. Bueno suerte! Roadwing. |
