Other reviewers have commented on the fragility of these units
They work brilliantly but do not take to hard knocks
Think the manufacturer need to revisit the materials

I ended up making a template and cut some from black 2-3mm HDPE to replace the broken units
No more breaks as they do not shatter when cornering hard - the bottom edge just gets ground off a bit
I would not be without then
5/5 for design 2/5 for resilience

OEM Factory Fork Seal/Bushing Kit for 2001-2005 GL1800 GL1800 Fork Kit 2001-2005

5 Stars

So easy to install that I ended up doing three GL1800 in 2 weekends
Mine were OK but I felt it was time for a change at 150Km and my two mates both had leaks
Everything required and with the Honda manual it was not difficult at all
Much cheaper than paying a mechanic $150 per hour (yup that is what we get charged in Australia because there is limited competition between Honda dealers.

Much prefer to do my own work as it saves money and I am certain the job is done right the first time

Factory OEM Brake Pads for GL1800

5 Stars

2005 GL1800 158Km
Have only ever used OEM pads as they last a lot longer than the after market pads
Have convinced 4 other wing owners to use them as well and we now do bulk orders to save on shipping to Australia
I have never felt concerned about the ability of the pads to pull me up when it is necessary

Cheap pads cost more in the long run

Now all we need is for wingstuff to find and sell a caliper spreader and then brake pad changing would be so much easier
Thinking of a pair of reverse pliers (IE squeeze to open) with plates to insert into the caliber and force the pistons back so new pads can be inserted.
I have yet to find anything suitable on the web

Performance Stainless Belly Pan
ITEM CODE: WS187416,   SKU: WS187416

5 Stars

Purchased this unit after a metal shard punctured the radiator overflow tank
Not very difficult to install and I have heard some pretty loud clunks when somethings have hit the guard and a quick check at each oil change makes me happy to think how much damage has been avoided

I have convinced a number of other wing owners to install the belly pan and happily fitted them for each one.

Well designed and gives me piece of mind
