ITEM: KU7316

Alright, I have had these installed for a few months now. I am very happy with them for all the reasons others say. BUT, the wires bothered me also. Yep, it would have been better to have then shielded in black shrink. HONESTLY, it only seems odd when you have your nose next to it when you install them. I never notice them at all, even when I am showing them off. Looks really sharp near my front fork LED reflector replacement that also signals in yellow!

HyperKewl Soakable 3M Reflective Safety Vest
ITEM CODE: PG26644

08.06.2009
I found this vest while looking for a good high visibility vest to ride with. This vest had the right color and a very large amount of 3M reflective tape front and back. Then I realized it was a cooling vest, and bought it. I have used the vest most every time I ride, it is very light. I have used it wet, three times and found it to work surprisingly well. You have to soak the vest for 1-2 min. I got hot one day (riding with it dry) and decided to get it wet to cool down. I soaked it in a MacDonald’s hand sink (really funny looks from people wondering what I was drowning in the sink!). You would think that it might not work on a Goldwing with the full faring and windshield, but it does. My back gets plenty of backwash of air and you can really feel it cool you for 3-4 hours. The only weird thing about it is that the buttons (snaps) are reversed. The left side snaps into the right…no big deal just odd. So far, it seems that it will last a long time. I make sure that I hang it up after use, to be sure it’s completely dry before storing it in the saddle bag again.
