| I previously reviewed this item, and I mentioned that one of the connecting tabs broke while I screwed it into the top of the trunk. The rest of the product is very good and functional, but I wanted to make any future purchaser aware to be careful when attaching the connecting tabs.
Wingstuff reached out to me within 1 day of my review, and instead of offering me a replacement part (the broken connecting tab), they offered to ship a brand new replacement of the entire item (organizer, tabs, hardware, etc) at no charge. Several days later, I received the replacement item, and I installed the replacement connecting tab, and now the organizer functions perfectly. Big thank you to WingStuff; You did the right thing, and this is why I've been a customer for the past 4 years. You have earned my future business, and I just wanted to share this great customer service story with other potential customers. This is a great company, and they stand behind their products. Once again, thank you for a great customer experience, I would give you 6 Stars if available. |
Treasure Trove of Information
| Having bought my first Gold Wing (Tour DCT) recently, I searched far and wide for well
valued, good quality accessories and know-how for my Wing. This was how WingStuff
came onto my radar. Reading up on the reviews and watching the videos of Fred on
their Youtube channel, I found this resource to be a treasure trove of information.
I soon placed my orders for my Wing - Trunk & Saddlebag Liners and Carpets. Items were well priced, came within a reasonable timeframe (I’m in Canada) and are of good quality build and materials. Compared to OEM, I saved easily at least 20%. They recently had a promotion during the WingStuff Remote Rally. They arranged for the many vendors to showcase their products by video, Wing Stuff also had a Me and My Wing Photo Contest. I along with a few lucky individuals won prizes for our submission. My Bridgestone tires prize will surely come in handy sooner rather than later. Thanks Wing Stuff for all that you do! Continue the good work and hope to meet you guys in person one day! | Hi there from Germany. First of all, the turnlights look great and installation was an easy job. As I don't want to repeat all of the other comments regarding appearance and function, I'd rather like to compliment the Wingstuff team. I ordered my turnlights online on Wednesday afternoon German time.
On Friday morning the UPS guy rang me out of bed. Incomprehensible! Wingstuff also organized the entire customs clearance. A huge thank you for that. One or the other supplier in Germany can still learn something in terms of customer service. Thank you Wingstuff and see you again for my next purchase. |

| I ordered 3 sets of oil filter kits and rear end oil. Delivery was right on time, price was right and I used my points for the purchase. I do think WingStuff is the best MC company I have ever done business with. I recommend them for all of your Goldwing supplies. |

Keep up the good work
| When it comes to accessorizing my wing, I have bought most everything through
Wingstuff. Delivery has always been on time and the one time I had an issue, they were
quick to resolve it. When a light I purchased went out, they worked with me to get it
replaced. Their support is to notch in my opinion.
Now that it is time to start accessorizing my new 2018, got my wish list made and I just ordered my new highway pegs. Thanks Wingstuff, keep up the good work. |
Great Selection!
| I started shopping at Wingstuff shortly after I bought my 2015 Goldwing. I have always
been able to find a great selection of products for my bike. I have been well pleased
with the quality of products offered and I have had nothing but positive experiences with
them as a retailer.
I know there are other motorcycle oriented retailers out there, even a major one not far from where I live, but I still end up going back to Wingstuff where I know I will find the best selection of quality Goldwing accessories at a great price. |

Good Quality, Affordable Accessories
| I have been a Wingstuff customer for probably 10 years, when I bought my 2008
GL1800 in 2010. I searched high and low for good quality, affordable accessories.
Wingstuff was always the best price. I continue to buy from them with my 2019 DCT
Tour.
I have only needed to return one item, and that was a flawless experience. I plan to continue to buy from them (going to buy my 4th set of Bridgestone tires soon) as long as I own a Goldwing. Thank you for your excellent service and commitment to good customer service. |
