25" Tall. Measurement is taken in the center of the shield from bottom to top.

Visible measurement when mounted from the rubber fairing trim to the top of the shield is 17-1/2" when Goldwing slides are down and 21-1/2" when Goldwing slides are up.

Great shield! Instillation instructions were adequate & understandable. The only reason why I give it 4 stars is because the installed vent rattles like the hole in the shield was cut too big. Tried to tighten it down, but still rattles. Not really noticeable at highway speed, though.
