| I installed this the same time as the Tailblazer for the tail lights. Simply remove the right side hand grip, unplug the harness located beneath it and plug this in. Run the red wire to the accessory connection on the fuse panel. Tuck the box down next to the saddlebag, put the grip, seat nd side covers back on and you are ready to go. Simple install and adds more light to the rear of the bike.You can't go wrong with this mod!!! |
| Super easy install. Take the side covers and the seat off. Unplug the connectors going to the tail lights and plug these in. You are done. Put the seat and side covers back on and ride.It is that easy. |
| I was looking for the Dunlop E3 not realizing Dunlop discontinued them. I made a call to find out what is available and the for 1988 Goldwing. The tire combo E4 was exactly what I was looking for at a comparable price. I have 200 miles on them and I am sold on the new tread design. |
| If you have a garage this is an awesome accessory. I used to have a garage remote velcro'd inside inside the glove box that I used to open my garage. It was handy but not convenient to reach. Having the Homelink button right on the dash panel is wonderful. Don't follow the Honda instructions. There are shortcut instructional videos on YouTube that make installation so much easier. |
| Very happy with these. Brings my handle bars back quite a bit. As a short Goldwing rider, 5’7, these are a must for long rides. Only downside is cutting the cover plate plastic. I’d pay more if this were provided professionally cut. Mine is fine but you can tell it was hand cut. Other than that, highly recommended. |
| Have a 2019 Tour DCT. It came with the Honda OEM low profile handles. What a waste of metal those were. These 2020 spec OEM handles are so much better. It's worth the upgrade. My wife feels much more confident when riding now that she can reach these new handles. Worth every penny. Shipped fast. Ready installation. |
| After 98,000 miles on my Goldwing CSC Trike, I was ready for new speakers, I purchased these to replace my OEM Speakers in the cycle. | There are other fender extensions available, but the Goldstrike is the easiest to install and looks OEM. I installed mine in 20 minutes and fits like a glove. Made me wonder why Honda didn't already make the rear portion of the front fender longer from the factory. |
| Goldstrike sells a "regular" size drink holder and their "Big Ass" drink holder. It is my recommendation to purchase the Big Ass. This will still accommodate nicely a regular sized beverage, but gives you the room for a big ass drink as well. These are so well designed! Firm enough to support any drink container from a paper coffee cup and soft enough to give way to a harder thermal mug. Looks classy and not so big to get in your way. |
| I can not explain why Honda uses these things so heavily, but I can tell you to have extras on hand all the time. Eventually you will loss some to the big black whole of the Goldwing, or they will just wear out. Don't try saving 30 cents by buying an aftermarket rivet on Amazon. They are NOT the same!! For your own good go with the OEM and save the frustration of improper fit. |
| Don't let the instructions scare you. Follow the video and you can have this done in an hour. And that's moving slow, watching and re-watching the video as you go. Wish I had done this immediately after buying the Wing. No more digging for garage door openers in my pocket or worrying about dead opener batteries! |
| I am very happy with the #60305 in chrome, and the included wide pads are very comfortable.After assembling all the parts on the workbench, and watching the install video, I decided to replace 2 bolts that seemed just a bit short.I bought 6mm by 25mm stainless cap bolts for the circular hinges, replacing the 6 by 20 bolts, and bought two stainless set screws size 4mm by 10mm to add to the bottom holes of each peg clevis, to adjust the pegs inward just a bit, and they allowed the pegs to fit the little sheet metal dimple perfectly when tilted all the way out.These minor changes are not necessary, but helped me fine tune this setup.I used the most forward set of adjustment holes, then set the arms pointing straight up. I tilted each peg clevis back two clicks, and this gave me the perfect setup for my 5ft 10inch size. The pegs fold in near the engine just right and don't rub at all.Very happy with these, and should have bought them sooner! |
