Great looking footpeg! Getting them on was simple and the ability to adjust them multiple ways makes it easy to find just the right spot for comfortable riding. The wide fairing on the bike made it interesting to find a position where the pegs were comfortable without the inside of my calf rubbing against the fairing, but ultimately it worked out fine. Nice addition to the bike. |
I can see why these grips are so popular. The larger diameter is much more comfortable for the hands and they look great! Installation was straight forward, just don't be shy about shoving them on once you get the glue applied! Together with the wider chrome clutch and brake levers it adds a nice look to the bike. |
Really like the way this hitch is hidden, and is easy to remove the hitch for changing a tire or just to remove the hitch itself..Guess the only thing I can say against it, is it is not built as heavy as it should be.. Went to Alaska pulling a trailer and rough roads caused the hitch to break off.. Normal conditions would have been fine but Canadian roads are not the norm.. |
A good thing to carry for emergencies both for your bike and other riders.. Get them out of a bind if battery fails.. Another one is the one that hooks from cig lighter to cig lighter for easy starting... |
Have the K & N filters in all my vehicles and would not be with out them.. Never have to replace them, just clean them.. Biggest problem was installing them as you have to half disassemble the bike.. Real pain to install but still would not be with out it..Would not recommend a person doing it by their self if not mechanically inclined... |
One of the first things I put on the bike.. When riding at night they flash when a car lights hit them and grabs their attention |
Great addition for the rear of the bike.. Lets the brake lights flash so easier for some one to see you are stopping.. Can't be to careful now days.. |
Looks great on the bike but plastic is soft so unless you have an extra long fender extender, it will get chipped easily if you have to ride on gravel roads at all |
Easy to install but a bit scarey drilling the holes in your trunk.. a word of caution on both antennas, don't attach a flag to it unless you want to repurchase an antenna... |
Kind of like that old Cliche,"Don't leave home with out it.. If you are traveling in groups or even by your self, they can really help if you get lost and need help.. Truckers are more then willing to help and not too hard to install after you take the seat off.. |
Nice feature to have if you have your wife or passenger with you.. That way she can chat on the cb as well and can turn her volume down if you like it loud.. |
Only being 5'8" I had to lean forward to reach the bars and was hard to actually lean against the back rest.. I installed the regular ones which put it back about 1 1/2 inches and brought them closer together.. Really much more comfortable riding now then before.. Highly recommend them |
