I have been having problwms with downshifting, since I installed these boards. As a result, and fear of damage to my transmission, I have removed them from my 2005 Goldwing. I'm not exactly sure why there is a problem with downshifting; other than, the angle of the heel/toe shifter, may not be correct. |
Looks good, but a little hard to install. The "D" clip on the inside is a little small. |
I have been using the 257un headset for 3 mos. Great sound & quality. Have tried other sets, Best I've ever used... |
A nice addition. Easy to apply, with simple instructions. 10 minute job. Seems to be pretty good chrome, only time will tell. |
I wasn't all that happy until I put a spacer inside the helmet to get the headphones closer to my ears. Now, very impressive for the price. |
Nice headset. Didn't want to spend the money for a top of the line model. My friend purchased one of these and is very happy with it, so I thought I'd give it a try. I am very pleased with the sound quality. I don't listen to the music much in the headset...I prefer it over the speakers, but the intercom and CB sound quality are much better on this headset than the old J&M I was using before. My riding buddies have commented on the improved sound quality when I transmit over the CB using this headset. Don't forget the lower cord! |
This is a relatively inexpensive dress up item for the front of the bike. Looks much, much better than the gray OEM lower cowl! Haven't installed the driving lights in it yet, but that's coming. Installation was pretty simple. I also added the chrome timing chain cover and am very pleased with the look of the front end now! The price isn't bad, either! |
Very nice addition to the front of the bike. Super easy to install. Combined with the chrome lower cowl the front of the bike is now a thing of beauty. If you do add this and the chrome lower cowl I highly recommend a front fender extension to help keep things from getting chipped and dirty. I installed the chrome extension with the rubber flap on the bottom and love the way the whole package looks on the bike! |
This is a cool little addition to the bike! Easy to install, but take a little time figuring out what to do with the extra sticky pads that are included...the directions seemed to leave out any reference to them. Once you figure out where they go the installation is a piece of cake. Really like the rubber piece at the bottom. Decent price, too! Combined with the chrome lower cowl and timing chain cover the front of the bike sparkles! |
I love these. Simple install. I worry about the adhesive loosening up but, so far so good. Great addition for a low price. |
I too have a bad back. This is with out a doubt a must have. Makes riding the distance much easier. I, unlike all of you brave people, had this one installed. I just could not bring myself into cutting the seat. Great product. |
well i am gald that i read the reviews before i order them ,so I put the left side on 1st.I had the same problem has some of the others,so this is what needs to be done ,take the bar end weight that you took off in step 2 and on the left side push it back in the grip and turn it until you line up the cam that is in it so it will line up with the new grip,it will turn. before you put on the tape make sure it will fit right if not ajust it some more until it will. |
