I had one of these for my 1500 back in the 1990's. I did test it out once and was very happy with the results. The key difference between this set and a standard automotive tire plugger you get for $10 at walmart is that this set doesn't use a sticky foam plug like the automotive sets. As the sticky plugs age, they loose their stickiness. This set uses a real rubber plug that is stretched and then allowed to snap back into position in the hole. If you can fix a flat on the road, this is probably the best way to do it. I hate the fix-i-flat and green slime. They really mess up your rim and the inside of your tire. Keep in mind this kit (and any plug kit) only works on tubeless tires. If you have the old style spoke wheels, you have a tube inside and this kit won't help you. |
| Very cool product! I recently used it to carry a duffle bag on a long trip. Much better than strapping it onto the top of the trunk. It put the weight low to the ground (better handling) and didn't risk cracking my trunk lid. Oh, it will carry a cooler too :-) |
| I bought the 20oz driver version. This is the best drink holder I have seen. Not only does it hold the 20oz insulated mug that came with it. It also works great with the 32oz plastic or Styrofoam cups and the 44oz plastic cups that convince stores and gas stations sell drinks in. |
| Size Matters...but can be a deception. Small hard-side zipper package that packs a whollop for keeping the tires where they should be! Fits in the back of the saddle bag nice and is there if I need it. Piece of mind makes keeps me stress-free while on the road where finding air is getting harder and harder every day! |

| Installed this product over a month ago, in my 07 wing, with no problem. Everything worked great until one morning I started my wing and noticed the spoiler lights were not working, the lights did not come on. I mean nothing was on. All the lights on the wing worked okay, but the spoiler's running, turn signal, and brake lights did not work. I tapped the spoiler a couple of time and the lights started working. I know I connected everything correctly and the lights worked fine for a month and I ride my wing everyday. Have anyone else experience this same problem? Is there a shortage? Is there a defect in this product? |

Great pegs... excellent for long trips. Also a great "bike saver"!! Minor accident at about 30 mph laying bike on its side and the pegs saved the day. Some road rash on the bottom of the pegs and rear bars but not a scratch to the rest of the bike. The pegs took most of the skid. Still fully functional and damage hardly noticeable. |
