Well made and nice fit. Really makes the inside of trunk and saddle bags look so much better. Great quality for the price.
Great add-on. Easy install. The only thing I would change would be the red illumination. Make it white
Good quality product. Goes great with the Utopia backrest
If you need it in a hurry forget it, but one of the best add-ons for my bike yet
I don't have this exact unit. I have the next size up. But I have had 2 other `bike tire' inflaters, and they both burned out asap, just pumping the tires up a few PSI. It is the BRAND I am touting here. I also carry the `slime' green filler canister. I have friends who say they `would never use slime in a tire'. Okay, you're in the middle of nowhere, and get a nail...DUH! If you don't have a mushroom tip vulcan repair kit, you can go ahead and sit there. Or you can SLIME it, pump it up, and roll to the nearest dealer. Either way, 90% of the bike shops won't do an off tire vulcan repair anymore (liability). They will replace the tire. So who cares if the tire has slime in it! And I have heard more stories of plugs blowing out than slime failing. Neither here nor there. The pump is a must have. The `slime' units last. And they fit the side-bag when laid flat so they take little room. AND the PSI gauge is very accurate.
install was a breeze. my right bar was a lot closer to me than the left. if you have this problem too, then this is your answer. if i had 10 wings this would be on all of them!
More chrome, love them.
Had a set on for 10,000miles and stopping is much improved over OEM. Cheap insurance and reasonable price. Gives you stopping power that you always wish you had. install OK.
Really dresses up those ugly fog light covers and the front. Needed help with install. Getting to old for the floor time.
Simply love them, nothing more too say.

I agree with the fact that it is cheaply made. The machine tooling marks are visible under the thin coat of chrome. I guess, thats the price for being cheap - you get what you pay for. I don't agree with some of the comments made by the other guys - If you don't drill through the inner shell, you loose structural intergrity. Honda engineers did not put that thing there just to hide the wires. Kuruakyn says that the rack is good for 5 lbs - My boots weigh more than that! The rack should be good for that - times ten; The composite lid will crack under that kind of load though. I also got the risers for the rack - not a perfect fit either. Kuryakyn need to pay attention to the angles.... the rack's legs are angled as the lid also is - the bolt holes on the risers are straight (Duuuhh!). Had to angle drill the two rear risers, so they would sit square on the lid. BTW - the holes that I drilled, lined up perfectly to the rack. It is a beautiful rack once installed and a nice addition to my wing. If you do not get the risers, you will not get a good set of instructions. The riser's instructions are better written and also have pictures..... for those of you that have a hard time reading the instructions. |
Works good! Fits under tool box in saddle bag just in case HA HA.
