| I had this installed on my GL1800. Works great by getting others attention. Wish the Flashes were just a little bit faster. But still, it does the trick! |

After reading the previous reviews and feeling particularly lazy, I took the bike to the shop to have this installed. I also took the additional installation instructions that I printed from this site. The shop only billed me for an hour for installation and they only bitched a little about the installation so it could not have been that bad. Appears to be well constructed and feels extremely sturdy. |

The moment I saw this bag I knew I needed it for traveling. It is such a great idea to be able to carry your extra gear down low to keep the bike easy to handle and not get to tippy if everything is up high. I just finished a four day 1,800 mile trip and there were times I was concerned the bag fell off because you just can't tell it is back there. The bag is well constructed and easily held everything I needed on the road for up to a six day trip. The attention to detail on this kit and the packing of it was noteworthy. Everything had been checked and double checked before sending it off. You can tell from the checklist in the box. The bag functions exactly as described with the bar through the bottom that secures it on the pan. The rain cover is well constructed and even though I spent quite a bit of time in rain, the bag never got wet at all. I've got a 2,000 mile trip coming up and I know it will be even more fun now that I have this bag installed on my bike. And oh yes, at night you take the rain cover off, the bag is clean, and carry it right into the hotel. So simple, easy, and improves the performance on those long trips. |
| These covers look great and really add flair to the side of the bike. |
| I got 2, one for the oil and one for the final drive. Easy to install and I hope it works and makes a difference. |
| In October 2009 me and my wife rode from Richmond, Virginia to Los Angeles, CA on our '93 GL1500A. We had 88,800 when started. This was our longest trip attempted. The shocks were original and seemed to bottom out more and more the closer to California we got. By the time we arrived, my wife was begging for new shocks. So, I purchased a set of progressives. It took a couple of hours to install. Not difficult, just time consuming. On our first ride after installing the progressives, we were amazed at the difference. What a smooth ride. The bike was more stable than ever. I would recommend this conversion for any older bike. It is well worth the cost and time to install. Also, it was nice to deal with the owner of Wingstuff.com who provided great customer service. Thanks for improving my wife's ride, which we all know will improve my ride, lol. |
| I have both the saddle bag and truck lights. The look is just great. I can't comment on the install. I had mine put on by the dealer (after a pickup, clipped me and my wing). The look is worth the money!!! |
| Great look, I like this set because the tips go along the side instead of over the top. |
| I have changed the oil on my GL1800 twice and the Honda dealer has change it once so far. My engine runs very clean, makes lots of power and doesn't leak or burn any oil. I have changed the oil with this brand every 3,000 miles since I bought it used. I didn't know the history of the bike when I bought is so I have changed it more often. I'll probably to to 5,000 miles as time goes on instead of the recommended 8,000 in the owners manual. Better price than at the dealership also. My son uses Amsoil in his ZX14 drag bike but I'll have to see if it is OK for the wing. I use the oil filters listed on the GL1800 section of WingStuff also. Great write ups in the review section on those also. |
| My wife & I got these this summer and they work great. They are not slimmy, they take less time to soak, they are wider and they last longer. They have velcro so you don't have to tie them. Great companion to the new NO-SLIME cooling vest Rick now sells which we have and they are the same. Less soaking, no slime and last longer. Not to mention the price |

I also have this on my Trike. It's the only one the trike people allow. It's good looking and tough. Not to mention functional. |

Here is Yet another " Thumbs up" for this product. I havent yet been able to put many miles on it yet, But I am sure it'll aid my slightly ageing back. It does look like original equipment, and it does feel very sturdy. |
