| Like many, I was skeptical at first and wondered if this was nothing more than snake oil. Either the new Dunlop E3 Radials and rims are perfectly balanced or the beads work. No vibration was felt from zero to highway speeds. Installation through the valve stem is simple if you allow beads to go in slowly while tapping the valve stem. They work for me and I recommend them. |

A rotating mass in balance should not vibrate as graphically shown in their own video. A Wing in neutral at 2500 rpm on the main stand does not vibrate. These things are not mounted on the Wing as per their video demo. (the ring is mounted on the outer edge of the rim on a small wheel in the video, (it is inside the disc diameter on a Wing). Why not set up a Wing rear wheel with the single centramatic for the demo. My basic test has shown the rear wheel did not balance. It may be that the front wheel when fitted with two balancers will work. Trev. |

Great product, another safety factor. Easy install and looks very good. Instructions say to remove three acorn nuts and remove trunk light. I had two on left side light that would only spin. If this happens to you don't fret. There is flap or pocket inside the trunk under the light bracket that is held on with snaps. It will pull our and you can also get to bulbs and bulb sockets. Hope this helps. |
| I used a rubber mallet to slide it on as much as possible. Tried to remove it to file down the back corner that came extremely close to the bike, and it was on so tight I decided to leave it on while I filed it down. Filed down the back edge to given about 1/8 inch clearance with no detriment to appearance. Saw no need for blue locktite at this time. The foot print looks like a huge improvement over stock. Would have given it a higher rating if the intructions would have said what allen wrence size to use for the set screw(I used 3mm) and had the back corner given 1/8 inch clearance without having to be filed down. |
| I put these in new stones after they were mounted, no problems putting them in.Much smoother ride, with no wobble.1st wife even commented on the smooth ride, passed the test:-) |
| I enjoy my Kuryakyn Backrest. It's just at the right height for my stature. I'm 5'9"..and 270lbs. I'm a big guy, I know it. The backrest is comfortable, but I do wish it was just a tad stiffer. I like it well enough to include it on every ride I do alone. |
| My missus loves these. Two positions to ease her foot comfort. I like the chrome, and the fact that she's comfortable. I say that if she's not comfortable..the ride is over. |
| I have this on my ride. The missus loves the cup holder, and I like that she's comfortable back there. After all..if she's not havin' a good time..the ride is over. |

I have these boards. Easy install, no problems. Be sure to red lock-tite your heel-toe mounting bolt. Every now and then, put a drop of oil where your heel toe shifter meets the bike. The chrome finish is nice. I use crystal glow to brighten the shine. |
| 10 stars not on drop down.... I have never felt a better smoother ride. Well worth it and the first 7,000 miles of new tires looked more like only half that. 700-1,000 mile day ride seem easier and less tiring. As for the only low rating above.... I am glad it was mentioned that a car tire was used with the balance ring. A car tire will require more weight than what is inside intended for a GL1800 rated rear tire. There is a reason that the competitor has tire size charts for the correct weight usage. You will notice an improvement on the front (with "trike" kit). |
| I got my new Avon Cobra from Wingstuff and had it installed. Was planing on putting the Dyna Beads threw the stem but that was a no go I beleave they have to be put in the tire with installation. I took out the little insert & let the air out of the tire & put the tube in the tire stem but they would not fall in. Tryed to blow them in also but that did not work so now I will have to wait until I do work on the tire of get a new one. Wish the instruction said they need to be put inside the tire at installation. I recomend putting them in at installation. |
| have tried the Torqmasters, they were good but these Cobra's are far better fit, sound, quality in my estimation. Good purchase. |
