This is a great accessory, My wife loves it. Made her first long trip to Memphis comfortable not to mention they look awesome on our 09 GL1800.
Looks great. Can't wait to get another one for my Navy flag.
Easy install. Great look and ride. Screws do seem to come loose once in a while and a little lock-tite fixes that problem.
Great fit and easy on / off.
Install was really easy after reading all the previous reviews and following directions. Really comfortable and look great.
Look awesome. Install was really easy once I talked to my local dealer about how to get the grips off. I used my air compressor(air blower)to break the grips away from the bars. Then just follow the directions for a pretty easy install.
Installation was easy after I got over being affraid to drill holes in trunk lid. Looks great and performs perfectly when carrying extra items. Just follow directions and installation will be a breeze.
You own a 24,000 dollar motorcycle......get the best, buy Hondaline.
The quietest tires I have had on my bike to date. I have had Bridgestones, Dunlops and now Avon Cobras. I love these tires....will definitely buy another set.

J&M equipment costs a lot for a reason, their stuff works. These things are a complete miss. The sound quality on the intercom is rediculously poor. The road noise overpowers the speakers voice. The sound quality on the radio is okay, but the minute you turn the volume up high enough to hear the passenger over the road noise you can't hear a thing. I spent a total of 140 dollars on these, which was about 120 dollars too much. Save your money, stay away from these. |
Bought 2, good bag for the price. Not a big deal but ours came with a thinner black liner than the fluffy whote fleece shown. Will still protect fine. It popped up on one of the best buy ads and I should have looked further because for a few bucks more you can get one with an outside pocket that would have been better for storing the intercom cord than stuffing it inside the helmet where it might scratch the visor.
Very straight forward installation, well engineered, high quality. I am 6' with a 32" inseam and so far the stock 6" lenght seems OK to me. If the bars were much shorter and I think my legs would rub the fairing sides and be quite uncomfortable. The directions were not clear on where the wave, flat and lock washers go, and their reference to the parts are not standard/clear but it can be figured out pretty easily. I put the flat and lock on the forward mount as it seemed it would take the most torque/vibration, and used the wave on the peg mount. Final adjustment goes much easier with a buddy to keep playing with the three different adjustments until you find the right combination for your own preference. In the end, they tuck well out of the way and complement existing lines when not in use, flip out easily when under way, and are rock solid with supports that utilize the bottom of the valve covers so you can probably stand on them with out having to worry about them working loose and rotating down on you.
