| Nice piece of bling for the front fender. Helps the fender stand out. Very easy to install--and it's metal, not plastic!! |
|
my wife seen these on another members bike and when we got the new 08 she said put them on first thing. 50,000 miles later they have proven to be a great addition, it allows her to move the position of her legs. The grand kids use them also. I have lost two of the little rubber pieces and find out this it something that happens to quite a few people but not a bid thing |
| installed these and they are great, made the grip far more comfortable and the heated grips still work with these over the top of them. hard to ride a bike without them on now. |
|
these were easy to install and can be seen from the rear very well, I had a set on the 02 that went on mirror and I could see them very well but these are hid just a little bit but show up well to the side, (that is what they are made to do,not blind the driver while riding. I would buy these again when I get another bike. |
| This was a great addition. My daughter loves them and it gives me piece of mind if she gets sleepy. I strung a bungie cord across and around the back rest. She never actually feel asleep, but I felt better about the situation. The installation required some precise placement and drilling for the left side, but when I get around to adding a CB it will be a breeze, the holes will already be there |
| The throttle boss is a great addition to the grips. It really comes in handy when riding in a group and the cruise control doesn't work due to the varing speed. just lightly rest your hand on the grip and the boss fits your palm and then it's just wrist action to control the throttle |
| Nice feel to these grips. They were a little bit of a challenge to put on, but I picked up a couple of C Clamps and used them to squish the two halves together and that did the trick. The heaters work good as long as you crank up the temp on high and then back it off when you feel the heat coming through. Very pleased with long trips, really helped with hand fatigue |
| Good product and easy to install. They are great in cold weather. Put them on last March and took them off for the summer. I needed as much air flow as I could get down here in El Paso, Tx. I just put them back on for the cold mornings, they really shield the air around the grips |
| Installed the filter at 8200 miles. There was an improvement in performance. The old filter was dirty, the southwest has alot of dirt in the air. The installation was not as bad as I thought it was going to be. looked at one of the online videos and it was pretty straight forward, took about 2 hours and well worth doing! |

Pros: A nice add on for the money, Helps keep the trunk organized. Cons: The product could be a bit smaller all around to make installing a bit easier. |
| Like everyone else says they do a good job of protecting the driving lights. the KEY to installing these is in the drilling bit. Amust have in drilling plastic is a christmas tree bit. They are very sharp and, drill a small hole first then drills one size bigger at a time. The futher you push the bit in you get one size bigger at a time. Simply put the covers on the crowl, then tape it with masking tape. Mark your holes with a marker then remove it. Drill baby drill. You can get a better picture of what they look on my photo gallery. |
| I give these ony three stars because, they should of been made to fit closer to the crowl. they really dont look as good as they could have. The lights work very good, the light is fairly desent. If it makes me more visable they are well worth the money. You can see what they look like with covers just check out my photo gallery. |
