Nice quality, easy install!
Easy peasy, lemon squeezy. I agree w/ those who say this should come stock from Honda, epsecially for the price we pay!!!I highly recommend using a stpeed hole drill w/ the largest hole dia step being 1.25" minimum. Makes the job quick & easy- now I can charge my phone on trips!
Very simple install! Very nice feel & reduces srtess in hands. The key to getting the covers to mate easily is spray an ammonia free window/ glass cleaner on OEM grips, then slide the rubber WITH the front cover already assembled, ie w/ the rubber nubs properly postioned. Assemble rear cover, making sure to postion the rubber nubs by pushing inward & up to get the edges into the cover slots. This allows the cover halves to almost engage the tabs w/ nothing more than hand force. To ensure the tabs are engaged, ie no gaps exist between the cove halves, use a C clamp (one should do) w/ rubber feet, like those for woodworking or other (Home Depot or Lowes, etc), and these will make that final "click" for the completion of assy. Take care not to pinch the cables for heated grips
Extremely easy install! adds that perfect contrast to the otherwise blackness of the dash area w/o creating a surface for sun reflected into your face ;-)
Looks fair but doesn't fit properly. Both sides stick out away from the fender about 1/16 inch. It is stuck to the fender only in the middle, I am waiting to see if it comes off.
Looks good when installed but as usual with Kuryakyn the instructions are poor. Forget about using he wiring connectors, they don't work, just strip the wires and solder them.
I thank all the positive reviews before me. I put these on with a change of tires(Conti's). I have been using dyna beads and switched over to these. If you use a tire changer and use the lube to slick up the wheel and tire to assist getting the tires mounted, I didn't want any issues with dyna beads sticking to the lube inside the wheel. Very smooth ride on back roads and the interstate.
Got these grips when I bought my '08 new in '08 because I liked the IsoGrips so well on my 1500. Today was about the 5th time to try to install. Got a tip from a vendor last year on how to pull the sides together. You make a tourniquet with some cord and short piece of dowel, which gives even pressure all around. Well still no luck. Called Kury. I now know why. The dealer installed the grips so they are not factory. These grips will ONLY work with heated grips from the factory, not even if it's Hondaline. Now I can only try to find someone to sell them to that has factory heated grips. Too late for me to work something out with dealer, and I guess I cannot blame Kury.

Super easy install and the look is great. Probably the most reasonably priced piece of chrome/plastic and worth every cent. Combined these with the Kury chrome frame covers, floorboard side covers and scuff covers and the look is a knockout. Much better than the standard dull Honda look. Work the bucks.
Combined these with the Kury chrome frame covers, passenger floorboard covers and scuff covers and the look is great. Way better than the standard dull Honda look. Easy install and all the screw holes lined up perfectly.
