| I installed these on my GL1100 that really needed some wet weather braking improvement, and I recommend them to everyone! Couple this with SS lines and a Randakk Master Cylinder and your Wing will brake like a new one (it scared my husband the first time out). |
| What a great product. Was going to have a custom seat made, but now it won't be necessary. Liked my medium sized Airhawk so much on a recent trip, I placed another order to Wingstuff to get one for my Wife. Not only is it very comfortable, but also absorbs a lot of the road bumps. Plus, no more 'Monkey Butt'. Definitely worth the money. |
| Just put these on with a new set of E-3's and I don't think I've ever loved my bike so much. I know the new tires account for a lot of the improved handling, but the smoothness added by the Centramatics is something I've never found anywhere else. These things seem to take away all horizontal vibrations, which of course is what makes the bike wiggle. Even when you hit a bump, the vibration is more slight and immediate, and seems to be vertical only. I'll have to come back on the tire wear, but as for the ride improvement, I'M SOLD (and even looking at putting a set of these on my Suburban). |
| This item worked great for our extended weekend trip. It is nicely sized not to small and not big enough to have to worry about. It was great to get the weight off the top of bike! No problems hitting on anything I actually backed the bike up to a curb forgetting the rack was on and it did not hit. I will be using this a lot. Next test golf clubs a little foam at chrome strip on trunk...expect no problem. |
| Why 3 stars. It mounts on rack great, its construction great, rain-cover great, 2 nice sized goodie pockets and a flat pocket for map sized object. But where it fails is in use. The single down the middle zipper makes it extremely difficult to find an item inside the pack. You need to unpack half the pack to find what you are looking for. Also packing through the middle opening will take more time and effort. It would be beneficial and a great pack if it had a zipper that followed the top on three sides allowing the top to be folded back for ease of access and packing like most other packs/luggage. |

There was one of these on my bike when I bought it. I had no problems with it (always tight) so I bought another for the second antenna. Had no problem mounting it, except that the jam nut stayed on the top part of the antenna, instead of the bottom section as indicated in the instructions. Took me about 20 minutes to install with some trial and error to get it just right. However, it constantly came loose and needed to be tightened every time I get off the bike. Shortly after mounting the second pole, I noticed the chrome starting to peel on the original. Got tired of tightening the second one, so I took it off and used the pole to replace the chromeless one. So now I'm back to one flagpole. Too pricey for the quality ($60+!!), and I can't recommend this product. |
| After a set of Dunlop Elite III's I now have the Avons front and rear. So far I love them. They have fantastic grip and they do not make the corner noise the Dunlops made. I know they handle great because I am getting into the corners with more confidence and scraping my feet more than with the last tires. I'm hoping to get 12,000 miles on the rear and will add a report when I use them up. Great price as compared to other vendors. Excellent tires and they were at my door step in 3 business days. I had them filled with Nitrogen and the stems replaced at Power Sport Honda in Albuquerque west off I-25 on Montano to Renaissance Ave. Great service! Now I'm set for the summer season---> |

Nice piece of protection. WATCH OUT FOR THE SHARP EDGES. I'd read the reviews, and was watching for it. A small file will dull them some before install. But they will still get you if you're not watching. The instructions weren't all that great, but then again, they didn't have to be. Pretty simple to figure out even without the instructions. One thing I have noticed, my fan seems to kick on more frequently slow riding, or stop and go driving. All in all, gives some piece of mind about something hitting the bottom. |
