Installed this to go along with the belly pan I installed. Simple install and looks pretty good. Haven't ridden with it much so verdict is out on toughness.
This is not the heavy duty skid plate that you would find on a dirt bike but then again, thats not it purpose. I bought it for an upcoming trip to Alaska and hope I never need it. Install was simple....15 minutes if that.
Installed on a 2008 wing with heated seat and grips. This is definitely a right sided installation. By that i mean that whatever problems encountered during installation will occur on the right side, the left side was no problem at all. The lower right forward frame thru anchor bolt is touchy and tight and with the heated seat the upper right bolt was somewhat obscured by the seat heater wire, but install was no biggie overall. Seems like a solid, well made product that pulls my old Kwik Kamp trailer with no problem. https://myplace.frontier.com/~stephen.doran/bushtecv2trailerhitch/index.html web site was a great help during install
the wrench works and the washer come in handy when you need one. The drain bolt works too. You can always use the filter when its time to change the oil. good buy and even a better buy if your a VIP member.
Good looking & easy to install. Clean area well before installation. Use plenty of silicone. Really compliments the trike.
nice flag for the price, being rtired Navy it shows off my service...
nice little add on touch, I wish they had the red ones in the knurled finished but the smooth is cool too.
good stuff, ads extra weight and room for different grips, added it with the throttle boss and red accent rings.
Great looking piece, makes the bike look awesome. Make sure you do the timing cover at the same time. To easy ti install. What a great addition to my ride. I will post some new pics soon of my bike to see the difference.
Went on easy, looks great! What else can you ask for
After I had installed the EBC brand recently I thought they were good pads, stopping was good until I noticed my pedal was getting lower and lower. I then proceeded to take the pads out and look what was going on. Pads were worn uneven and thought that was excessive for the few miles I had riddened. I then proceeded to check complete brake system and found that all was good. In the future I will only put HONDA products in my bike. Bike is running fine with new pads and pedal height is back to normal. Please disregard my reviews on the EBC pads that I had given
I installed the +4 and it is so nice. I had it on for two weeks and am pleased with begining able to clean it with window cleaner and paper towels.Have not rode in the rain yet as it doesn't rain anymore. But it ever does I will make it a point to get out and give it a try.
