Buyer be ware. If you purchase the standard windshield expecting the OEM vent to fit too bad for you. I just received my windshield without a vent hole planning to cutout and reuse my OEM vent that I just replaced last season rather than spending the extra money on a shield with a vent. Too bad for me, after cutting out the hole in the new shield I found the vent would not fit due to the curvature of the shield. This is after I purchased previous to this shield a Slipstreamer swept back for the same application and found that after installing it the handle bars hit the shield when I went to move it in my garage and back to Wing Stuff it went. NOW THIS :( I should have just went to the Honda dealer and bought the shield from them. It would have saved a lot of time and agravation. |
| The 4 bags they give, 1 big one, 1 extra med, and 2 basic small pouch bags...These are a waste of money, do not buy, spend the extra money and get the 3 full size bags for all 3 compartments..the bags look like something my kid would have...horrible. |
| I was a bit hesitant to order based on some of the reviews. I previously purchased Kuryakyn Kickstand #7104 and the floorboards and thought I would give this a try. It took just a couple of minutes to install and I am more than pleased. I had no problem with the bolts being too long or coming loose. The OEM kickstand on my bike was a bit samller diameter and I see where the extender would not tighten down as it should. |

| lookes and function 5 stars. first you need to drill hole wire goes through a little bigger so you will not damage wires. no problem with a christmas tree bit the best thing to drill plactic. running wires up to the mirror can be a dog. i used a wire clothes rack also took off mirror to get to it better. a extra long needle nose pliars would have made it alot easier. also you need to get the ku7300 plug and play adapter. which made wiring a breeze also you will need to put the three loose wires into the connector which is provided then after connecting them and plugging it up i taped it for extra security.i also installed ku7364 headlight outer trim w/signal. these two sets of lights give alot more light and flashing turn signal to the front. adding safty and great looks |
| Installs in less than 30 minutes. Looks great. Need to watch the top of the strip when installing to make sure your lids will shut without hitting. Instructions were clear about this but, one little slip and the lids will hit them. Dielectric grease is included???? Not in mine or the last 2 items. Little packet of silica was nice though. VIP price dropped 4 dollars after mine was sent??? I'm sure Wing Stuff will take care of that. Product good for 5 star rating. |
