I didn't insntall these myself, so I can't review that process, however, the trunk fits tight , no more rattle, no more paint wear problems..It's a little harder to open & close, but that's ok. At seven bucks, this is a must..
A must have bought one for my gl 1500 now have one on all our street bikes
I had the 4 light on the bike but the lens were faded and cracked. the 6 light is much better, just wish it was led lights. i found some super bright leds on a strip that i will install in side housing.
Chrome, can't beat that but the feel of the lever compared to the stock out of this world. Its a cheep up grade but worth it.
I am so happy with this windshield , I ordered it with a vent, had no problem installing vent. the fit was perfect. if you need a new one go ahead and buy this one. Save some money over the f4.
Installed on my 2012 because these are the ones that came on my bike. They were 10 buck cheaper when I ordered them. They are great tires I installed them with the centramatics on and hope to get better milage out of these. The first ones I got 7k out of and was not happy so maybe the centramatics will help this out.
Installed these on my 2012 Wing. And they look very good when on bike. I did add another layer of double sided tape before installing as I've read other did from reviews on here. If your on the fence about them get off and go order these..
Works well, stays in place and a good price. I bought several and gave them to friends too. they all liked them. Definitely buy if you ride in hot temps.
Another homerun for Kuryakyn with these pieces for the 2012 Wing. These lights are bright. Install was simple. Took all of 20 minutes. Waiting on the fender tip LEDs to complete the rear view. I also noticed the VIP price has decreased since I ordered mine. What's up with that Wingstuff? 5 stars anyway...
excellent performance & quality pump. Is very fast, easy to install quick disconnect to battery, & takes little space. Should be a part of your tool bag. I use etensively when traveling, especially w/ climate & temp changes that impact the PSI loss/ gain. It doe take some trial & error to guesstimate when to stop the pump, but you can become proficient after several uses (no gauges on pump), but most pump gauges I've seen on compressors are not very accurate anyway.
Hey you guys, I thought my 08 Wing could'nt look any better but decided to purchase these turn down tips after reading the reviews. Wow! It took exactly 20min to install and has finished the back end. They look aggressive from the rear compared to the stock. Spend the money. Kuryakan makes the best products. Wife hasn't seen them on yet but I know she will agree they finish the bike. Thanks wingstuff for fast delivery

The description of the product forgot to mention the fact that when you turn the handle bars to the stops the clutch and brake caliper reservoirs hit the windshield. Poor design! Also the shield was soo tall that it seemed as if I were looking through the windshield of a grey hound buss. I would have had to cut off approximately 6 inches maybe more to be able to look over the shield. I know some like to look through the windshield but try doing that in the rain or when weather conditions cause the windscreen to fog on the inside, visibility becomes nil. very dangerous. Anyway, Slipstreamer needs to rethink this product. I will give credit for the strength of the shield, thick and very strong. Also when you return a product to Wingstuff when they offer free shipping to you expect to pay out the wazoo for return shipping FedEx wanted over seventy dollars for a return. I called Wingstuff and after crying over the phone, the man at the other end allowed me to only pay twenty bucks to return a windshield that hit my handlebars not a bad deal when compared to seventy. Would have been a lot better if the item description would have explained the fact the bars hit the windshield. Had I known I wouldn't have ordered the thing in the first place. |
