Nice addition to Chrome mirrors and easy to install and fit perfectlly. Providing the clip isn't broken. I installed mine and the clip was broken and ended up doing the job twice once I order the clip. Otherwise a easy install. About 30 min or so a side. Looks great
I purchased some stems from another dealer and they showed bent stems and sent me straight ones. I ended up paying postage to return them. These are very well made and a exact fit for Goldwings.
This is impossible to put the beads into the valve stem as the instructons say. They would be better off makeing a Starch bag like the truck pouches are made and you just drop it in and the bag disolves and breaks apart. Never the less you have to get the things inside. My friend and I seated the bead on the tire Let all the air back out then Broke one side of the bead and basically squeezed the bottle and poured it into the tire. A mush better way to get it into the tire. As far as the proformance I think it has made a very noticable differance and the tires defentally feel more stable. Of course the roads we have make it dificullt to tell but the vibration is down considderablly. I don't know that I would put this in old used tires once there worn. I installed on both front and rear New tires. So far so good.
I thought I had bought all the chrome there was. I had the original chrome covers and the spacers were broke and the thing looked terible. I bought the spacers and then I saw these. They came and were awsome. Took about ten minuts to install both sides and they are better then the original design. Excelent buy
I bought this set and ended up purchasing the ten packs individually because I purchased my bike used and they all needed to be replaced. But if you just need a few odds and ends. This would be for you
I mounted my spot mirror on the top. It gives you the option to mount on top or bottom. There easy to install nad the hold on great. I like the added view but like the othere reviews I still turn my head but these do help and not too expensive.
I purchased 8 of red and yellow. I installed them on the frame on my pull behind trailer and on the tong. Just drill your 1/4 inch hole and Wing nuts to install. Look nice
I purchased the Gaskets prior to installing the covers. It turned out the old ones didn't tair the gasket but replaced them anyway. These are easy to insall but still recommeend you replace the gaskets they do not come with the covers. Very nice addition to polished valve covers.
Nice Easy to install and fits perfectlly Love the look
These add a nice touch to the bike but they are a mean mother-in-law to get on. If you look in the picture you will see that the side next to the tank doesn't sit flush and it is true. But they look great and its hard to notice its not perfectly flush.

THIS IS A GREAT ADD ON PIECE,HOWEVER THE INSTRUCTIONS LEAVE OUT A FEW THINGS.REMOVE THE TAILLIGHT TO GET TO THE MOUNTING BRACKET ON THE BIKE.REMOVE AND SAVE THE LOWER BRACKET OTHER THAN THAT,PRETTY STRAIGHT FORWARD.. DREMMEL OF A SMALL PIECE OF REAR FENDER,AND REINSTALL FENDER. |
Took about i min. Used a little silicone for insurance. added to a 2012 Wing.
