I ride hard in all Alberta Canada conditions, & also did a 3 Flags Classic tour. Trustable wet/dry traction is what I look for. Longevity not a priority. Tires made 13,570kms before rear cords showed & I replaced them. 2012 Wing, 1 up, about 250 lbs rider, gear & stowage load. At about 1500 miles, rear picked up a piece of Montana road junk. I plugged it temp, and then patched it on the inside & finished the tires life. On replacement, there was no evidence of bubbles, seperation, cupping or anything like that. I would buy them again. This time, I am trying Wingstuff Bridgestone Exedra's.
After reading some reviews about the bracket breaking, I made the exact bracket out of aluminum. It works great and I dont have to worry about it breaking and losing my drink
These risers are great. I have had them for a while. I sometimes still have shoulder issues because believe it or not that 3/4 rise affects my shoulder. I have a friend who works in a machine shop and he milled off the wedge so the blocks are level. I installed them back and what a difference that made. It moved the bars back and kept the same height.. Now Im in total comfort. I have the tall version.
i have had LEDs in my bike for about a year without an equalizer. Not having an equalizer and the faster flashing will not harm leds or bike.
The faster flashing is great, however, i have an issue with the front signals not totally going out between flashes and hazards flashing alternately or i have to have the left or right signal on for both to flash. some bikes have a voltage indicator, and will show bulb out indicator due to low voltage.
Well, have now had 2 pads lose adhesion for this brake pedal. Kury's "stock value" keeps dropping in my opinion ;-) Thanks to WS for keeping these inventoried...maybe WS knows something about Kury's own products they don't? :-)
I bought this the beginning of the 2012 season. It made it about 25,000 miles/five months on the bike. First started making a grinding noise in Colorado, and quit working shortly after. I e-mailed Dayle at Firecreek and he replaced the actuator under warranty. Hopefully this one holds up better. The electric adjusting actuator is souuupaa sweet when it works, and I feel it is the best feature of the Windbender system. I say that after using the HP and the HPS shields for a season, prior to the electric option. Five star item, if it holds together a few years.
In previous reviews the template was off, and the tabs off the shelter broke after install due to an hardware issue. This issue must have been resolved. I haven't had either one of these problems. I have 50k+ miles on these, and have had the top shelter off a few times now. The ratchet system works well. These do a good job of keeping the cold off. Legs feel like the temp is 10+ degrees warmer with them. I love them for commuting to work at 5 am, I can make it 22 miles to work if the temp is 32+, without putting something over my thin poly/cotton work pants. They work great when the temps rise also.
This is a nice hose. Comes with a bag and is in my oppiion a must have providing you have a air compressor. My 1991 Interstate didn't have it it had a manual fill for the shocks. So I purchased all the parts to install air to my ride and the hose works great to reach both wheels and then some. You can even fill your Mates tires if need be.
This is awsome design. I wish I had though of it. The thing works. The reviewer before me has it right on. I tried this on a car tire and it work flawlessly. It says on the instructions that it is ment to be a emergency repair but let me tell you I feel perfectlly comfortable with the repair it makes to leave it just like it is. But ir your one to play it safe and love to spend your money for a high doller repair then you go for it. Me myself I live a little on the dareing side and trust the repair.
Nice addition to Chrome mirrors and easy to install and fit perfectlly. Providing the clip isn't broken. I installed mine and the clip was broken and ended up doing the job twice once I order the clip. Otherwise a easy install. About 30 min or so a side. Looks great
I purchased some stems from another dealer and they showed bent stems and sent me straight ones. I ended up paying postage to return them. These are very well made and a exact fit for Goldwings.
