EBC makes a high temp, high speed cersion of these pads designated on the part number with the additon of HH after the item code. This is the model you want fo GL1800's, I actually got mine cheaper at my local Honda store with the benefit of our Goldwing chapter discount, and they were in stock. So far great performance, I can't speak to longevity but my parts guy uses them and said he gets high mileage. Hal Ft Myers
I have now been on two trips with my bike. The hitch works great. big difference than the 4 bolt I had. No play, no clearance issues and was very easy to work around to connect wiring connector. Looks great on the bike. And I have loaded the trailer and never worried about the hitch.
I was so amazed at the added comfort this gives for the long rides. However be prepared to be lifted half an inch to 2 inches in your seat. May make you have to readjust your windshield higher. And be prepared for the leg reach when stopping. But love it.
When you have the top vents chrome you have to add the bottom in chrome. :o)
Love the look just some added pop :o)
Easy install gives a nice bit of chrome to the front of the bike.
Looks good was an easy install

It's the little things that just add to the look of the bike. ;o) Chrome!!
Mine continued to loosen over and over again and after continued tightening of the BSCS allen head bolt it stripped. Went to the local ACE Hardware store and purchased the 1/4"-20 x 3/4" Chrome bolt but with the the Hex Head end. Able to securely tighten with a ratchet wrench--$2.50 fix!
Nice little addition when not pulling trailer. (which isn't often)
