Can't go wrong with OEM. Everything I needed for 2007 traxxion rebuild.
Neat concept. I have the front of my bike all lit up with blue and I thought this would be a nice finishing touch. Breeze is right - shows every imperfection.

Firstly anyone ordering from Australia, it took only 9 days from the order date to receiving my order up here in Brisbane QLD. I've been looking for this pad for awhile for my 2013 Goldwing. As most owners would be aware the standard side stand pad is on the small side. Having parked up on gravel on several occasions only to watch the side stand slowly but surely sink. Well this sure won't happen again after fitting the Pad. It's solid, doesn't detract from the look of the bike, is easy to fit. My only issue is that an Allen key should be included with the purchase. Then a 5 star rating would have applied. |
Installed these on our 2013, so the stock extensions came off real easy. Took me only 15 minutes to install the new ones. They look great and it will keep the heat off of our cooler
This product will look good on the bike whenever it's connected. It has a red, white and black wires. I dint want to blow a fuse by any chance. This product comes with no instructions. Can anyone out there can help me?
I am very happy with this set. They fit great and keep your things from moving around less. You really can't go wrong for the price and the Wing Stuff logo looks great!
These look great and fit perfect without any modification. When installing make sure you move them around and tighten each anchor bolt a little at a time and you will have no problems. Nice product for the price!!
When installing them, note that the toe shift "knob" is packaged separately, and the heel shift knob is pre-installed. Ensure that the heel knob is facing the correct direction, and that you install the toe knob before you bolt this on the bike. (They are not mentioned in the instructions). Had to install it twice because of this oversight. I agree that there is not much freedom of movement with the left side. Can anybody tell me what the "deployment hooks" do?
Got these for Christmas from my wife and installed them the day after. We have a 2013 and I had already install the covers in the fall. I took the fender off as instructed and that made it real easy to fasten it to the brake line up to the area to push it through to the left glove box. It took me a little time to locate the electrical hook up, but it was there. We got the amber color and that matches the amber on the back side of the mirrors perfectly. It really is bright, but sharp. I also installed the rear ring of fire, and the electrical hook up was easy.
These are very easy to use. Just call in your order and give them your GC number located in the upper right corner and of course provide them with the item number for your order. Any GC balances can be applied on future orders.
I do like the grips, however, haven't ridden the bike since putting them on. I thought I would have trouble getting my current grips off. However, I just turned and pulled and they came right off. As stated in several other reviews, forget about using the glue that comes with the grips as the glue seems pliable in the package, but is dried up. Tried to get glue out of both and both were dried up, even cut off the ends, still no glue. Instead of gluing them on. I just wrapped each handle bar with electrical tape until I could barely get the grips over the tape. I put 3-5 layers on each handle bar, the stationary left grips needs more layers than the accelerator grip. I think they will be fine without the glue and I can get them off easily, if I need too.

I put one of these on my 08 GL1800 and it slipped right into place, no problem. So, I purchased one for my new 2013 F6B and had it powder coated black to match the bike. I had to take off the exhaust covers as the fit was so tight. After several attempts, marring up the screw threads and the belly pan itself I decided it was a no go. There is no clearance after install as the belly pan is forced on to the exhaust pipes. I removed it and now I'm stuck with belly pan I can't return(powder coated black). Anyone interested I'll sell it for the purchase price(80.00) [email protected] |
