The adhesive tape was a little tricky but with patience it went on fairly easy. Adds a nice chrome look to the mirror; but what I wanted the trim to do was cover a chip in the mirror housing thanks to my bike being hit by s piece of broken drywall and the mirror housing being pushed backed into the windshield. The chrome trim covered it nicely and much cheaper than replacing the mirror assembly. I do have handwings, so to avoid having to remove the handwing stop on the bottom of the mirror housing I carefully marked the location of the handwing stop and just cut out a section of the trim for the stop device. Worked great, looks good and I still have the handwing stop.
got these because the wife was having leg problems but now she`s loving it thanks
bought these to help my riding and they will spoil you for sure. really gave me a better feel for the bike
These are the best of both worlds. I've tried the regular pegs as well as the full running boards. These are by far the best combo of the two. With these you have the comfort of the full boards as well as the versatility of just the pegs. You can lean into the twisty's while maintaining your comfort. Plus, you don't have to use/worry about issues with a heel toe shifter. I've taken a several long trips with these and was very comfortable. These are one of my best investments and I highly recommend them.
I've tried almost every major brand and they all are about the same, some cup quicker than others and some front tires really wobble at around 35 more than others but they all have their issues. All ran around 10,000-12,000 miles before needing to be replaced but this Bridgestone Combo was the best value for the life and performance of the tires. I will be buying another set from Wingstuff once my present Metzlers are done.
This is one of the first chrome pieces I bought for my wing. I used velcrow fasteners for installation for future maintenance.

I've used this product for five years and could not be more pleased with it's performance. I had a deep scratch right in the middle at the top of my windscreen and the fellows at ClearView stated that this product if used properly would take it out. I purchased 1,2,& 3 Novus polishes and it did take it out. #3. is the coarse grit compound once the scratch is removed use use # 2 mild compound to remove the light scratches left from rubbing. Finally use #1 the spray cleaner to make it nice and clear. I use the # 1 after cleaning my screen every time. Great product! |
They work great & will slow cupping of your tires!
I use the Leg Wing Air Deflectors in the winter time to block cold air off my lower legs. These in combination with my Baker Air Wings work like a charm!
My 09 came with Dunlops, which lasted 12,000 miles but started cupping around 5000. Now I'm on my 3rd set of Stones, ain't never going back; Better traction in the corners, in the rain and braking. Cupping is a non issue. On average I get 10,000 miles on the rear (pulling a trailer) and 16,000 on the front. The bonus is; the PRICE!
Found these easy to install and a great fit. They do help shield your hands from the cold, when riding in 40 degree temps. They do not detract from the appearance of the bike.
I have had these in the bike now for a couple of years and 70,000 miles and they are still doing great. I had an issue with them around 40,000 and Progressive exchanged them without any problem and I just changed the Oil and seals and guides last week. I like the fact that both fork tubes are the same inside. Three of us put these in at the same time and all are doing great.
