Put these on my 2007 GL1800. Have been using them for 5 years now and have had no problems at all. The ratcheting swivel holds them in place at any speed. I have the first generation Baker built deflectors on my mirrors and they do move at higher speeds. They were easy to mount. Just remember if you use a thread lock just use the light formula. You may have to take them off. PS; Had a crack in one of the plastic swivel connectors when I got it and they replaced promptly with no hassles |
| Years of dirt bike racing took a toll on my back. A backrest is a must have for me. I discovered the Utopia Backrest in 2001 and put one on my Valkyrie. It made riding much more enjoyable. I have since put one on my 2008 Goldwing and my 2012 Goldwing. This purchase will be mounted on my 2017 Wing. I will not be without one. It provides great support and it leans forward to allow you to get on the bike with ease. And it also comes with a pouch on the back for small items. I believe it has Famous in it's name for a good reason. It has become famous by word of mouth and I will always share with people how great this backrest works. |
| Baker Air Wings have always worked great, so I decided to try the hand wings too. I was surprised at the amount of wind that they block from hitting myself and my passenger. And a great amount of wind can be directed toward you when they are in the open position to help keep you cool. I have put hand wings on two Goldwings that I have owned and the set that I just purchased will be mounted on a new 2017 model. |
| It is always good to have extra lights on the rear to catch other drivers attention...These lights have not only done that, they fit well with the color and are super easy to install! |
| A great cover for those short overnighters. While it is only a half cover, it keeps the moisture off the seat even when parked in a heavy fog. |
| Baker Air Wings work as advertised. They direct airflow toward you on hot days and they block out the cold wind on those winter rides. They are a must have on all my Goldwings. I put them on my 2001 Valkyrie, my 2008 Wing, my 2012 Wing, and this set that I just purchased will go on my new 2017 Wing. Some people do not like how they look, but I go for function over looks every time. And personally I don't think that they look bad at all. |

Purchased these to use on a GL1800 trike with a Motor Trike Razor conversion. They would not fit between the mounting bracket and the fiberglass fender. Not a problem with the product, but Wingstuff probably should add something to the product description that it does not work for this application. Good news? Wingstuff is awesome about returns. Simple and no hassle. |

We made the move to wireless a year ago when we did away with our hardwired headsets and went to the Sena 20s communications system. We love being wireless, but wanted to be able to access the radio and CB on the Goldwing. Here is the solution! The Freewire plugs into the wired helmet connection on the bike and then connects with the Sena headset via bluetooth. Simple. We immediately had full access to full Goldwing audio (radio, CB, Aux, etc) via our wireless Sena headsets. As usual with Sena products, there arent any instructions in the box other than a very simple quickstart guide. Detailed instructions are available on the Sena website. A couple of things we learned: - We initially had a LOT of echo in the intercom. Finally figured out that we had both the Sena wireless intercom function on AND the Freewire was also picking up the bike's intercom system and they were fighting each other. Turned off the bike intercom and problem solved. - There really isn't a simple clean way to mount the Freewire to the bike. They provide a stick-on bracket and an elastic strap for wrapping around the handlebar. Both look kind of funky, but they work. Keep in mind the Freewire isn't waterproof - it is water 'resistant'. - If you ride 2-up, you need a second Freewire for the passenger. Each Freewire gets paired with it's respective helmet headset. Since both the Freewires look identical, we used a Sharpie to mark which one goes with which helmet. All in all, we are VERY happy now with our audio/intercom setup. We are completely wireless and that makes things super convenient. |
| I love the look, they match all the other boards, My wife thought she would like them, after the first ride she has never used them again. Just the look they give the bike in the closed position is worth it. |

I've had mine for over 4 years now, and it's holding up all right. The metal rim is very sturdy, and the mesh cup holder is still intact. Put a little loc tight on the thumb screw to keep it from vibrating loose, and all is well. Overall, a pretty good product. |
