I bought these bags for my 18 Wing just before a long trip riding in AZ this spring. Because we were on the road a lot, they made it easy to pack and unpack my wing when needed. They are very sturdy, well made bags and they don't take up the entire saddle bag, so, you can add a jacket, or, vest inside next to the bag. My favorite part of have the bags other than the ease of loading and unloading was being able to keep everything organized. I didn't buy the trunk back, because I like having quick access to anything inside and store my helmet if I need to. |
These tie downs are a quick install and offer a strong point to tie down the front of the bike. they work well on my 2018
I have always loved Dunlop tires. I ran Elite 3 tires on my 2003 GL1800 and loved them, got about 13500 on a set. I’m not sure what Dunlop changed but I am extremely disappointed with the Elite 4 set I am currently running. At less than 9000 miles I am going to have to change them. The front tire wore badly, having a well defined ridge around the middle and extreme tread wear on the sides, and is at a point where I don’t trust what little tread is left. The rear could go another 1000 or so, but is getting thin on tread too. I am regular about checking pressure, and I also run the counterbalance beads. I plan to try another brand this time around, and am flat out bummed. By the way, I also run Dunlop American Elites on my Harley and really like that style as well.

Just installed my new MBL wide risers on my 2004 GL 1800. Very easy installation, took about 2 1/2 hours. I was amazed at the difference in comfort! My test ride was 130 miles without stopping and my shoulders never got sore! I'm glad I got the wide risers as it kept the same leverage as the factory spacing. I think they need to give better installation instruction, maybe some pictures. |
I installed air wings today.I had them on my old Gold Wing and personally i wouldn't ride without them.I love being able to direct the wind towards or away from me.They fit my wing perfectly.Follow the instructions and you can't go wrong.I got the dark because my 2018 Wing is red and black and they look great.
This rack is solid.I installed it myself.Easy to follow instructions. It looks great on my 2018 red Gold Wing.I went with the black instead of chrome and glade i did. It"s also light enough so when i open my trunk the cover stills pops up.
I decided to wrap the inner collector pipes with DE heat wrap. Once I did this it has helped very much. Drone is now minor and only from approximately 2900 to 3300 rpm's now.
Love them, lost right side, time to get a new pair
Ordered these for my 2016 Wing. Just got them yesterday and installed them today. What a difference in looks vs the stock black covers that fade to grey. Also nice to have access to oil dipstick without removing side cover. Also must say wing stuff is a very good company to deal with always have been satisfied.
I ordered these after asking a sales rep at Wingstuff if they fit the Goldwing-Roadsmith HT1800 trike with the running boards. I was told yes they'll fit. But they don't fit the HT1800 with the running boards. They MAY fit the HTS1800 because the running boards are different. I really wanted these but they won't work.
This guage is really nice and a great addition to my bike. I always wanted to know what the charging system is doing. The instructions that came with the guage and wire harness are not instructive at all. It's one sheet of redundant gibberish. So toss that in the trash. You might find something on the installation on U Tube. I figured out that I needed to find a accessorie plug in and for me I found it on the opposite side of the fairing. The problem with that was the wiring harness was about 24" to short. After I added the extra wires and pulled the left storage box out and center storage box out it was a breeze. Very worth it. Tom
I have had mine for about two years and the chrome has large areas where the chrome has peeled off. Looks like crap
