| Just got these and installed them in 15 min. The look is very nice, and really like the ease of checking the oil without having to pop the cover off. |

I spoke to a sales Manager at Show Chrome at a phone number provided to me by WingStuff. Very polite chat, I think his name was Brandon. They are very aware of the problem although he claims to have over 10,000 of these on the market with very few problems(reviews). Claims to have studied several failures and identified the problems as a blunt blow to the fender, over tightning the bolts to the fender and... wait for it...thread locker (Lock-Tite). Claims it makes the fender material brittle, or a combination of all three. He mentioned they added the steel brace to give additional support. He said he was going to look at all the on line reviews and submit problems to their designers but offers no help in terms of making their customers whole. I personally am very disappointed not only with the product and the damage it caused to my bike, but with a company who blames a serious design problem on their customers errors in installing. He pointed out their instructions call for using Lock-Tite. HMM. I do not recommend this product, in fact, I strongly recommend not using it. $40.00 part failure equals $200.00 replacement fender. I hope WingStuff evaluates this product and its manufacturer. |
| I'm sure this is fine, but I cannot locate the GoPro adapter they mention - so, in the end, not so good for me. |
| Fred is the best. Very well done and he goes into great detail on the procedures. Would highly recommend. |
| This part should not be on WingStuff website. It seems to consistently break fenders. I wish I would have seen the reviews before i bought it. Very disappointed that such a bad design is on the market. Like other reviewers, I read the installation instructions and heeded the warnings to not over torque the bolts but in spite of all the care used, my fender was cracked, both sides before I even had the bike out for a ride. |

15 mins at 60 mph. 44 degrees.Heater on high Left grip temp 89, right 85.Never temped before installing, sorry. Grips circumference is 5 3/4". (A paper towel tube is 5 1/2"). As mentioned in previous post, didn't find install too hard if you follow others suggestions. |
| I was referring to cotter pins. |

Easy enough to install. With adapter they can be rotated up or down. I wound up in the flat position. They can go forward or back by about an inch. I moved them forward so I can relax the knee while cruising. Directions say to reuse coffee pins. Really? For 5 cents they could have gotten five stars out of me. Reusing flimsy coffee pins is a no no. |
| I love my new 2018 Goldwing tour but hate how little storage the bike has. Well this bag is Huge. It attaches fast and easy on my factory luggage rack and looks good on the bike. Now my co-rider has a ton of room. My storage problems are gone. |

When I received these I was about to remove the adhesive backing but while peeling the backing off, the top clear portion pulled away from the lower portion. It basically de-laminated one large corner. I had to super glue it back together before being able to use it. Looks nice but there’s no instructions as to where to place them. I guess you need to place them where you think they work the best. Pricey compared to the quality of the product. |
| Just finished install on 2018 Goldwing Tour Dct. Was a little skid ish based on some reviews. Ran all screws in before assembly.Three were a little tight, but some lube and working them in and out did the trick.(Guess Kuryakyn read other's reviews and ran a tap through after painting.) I was pretty generous with the window cleaner as lube, even when installing metal covers over rubber sleeve. No problem getting rubber tabs to seat. I also heeded previous reviewer who suggested hose clamps to fully seat covers before inserting screws. You will need a 3/32 hex wrench. A size 4 screw isn't much so be light handed when tightening. I'll reinstall them after a few days with some thread lock. Look great! |

FYI - This is made specifically to fit under the Honda OEM luggage rack. Top quality and very bright. Sequential signals are a big plus. Highly Recommended! |
