Helpful for both cold and hot weather!!!
| As a sufferer of Raynaud's syndrome (blood flow issues to the hands), these deflectors have been a fantastic edition! First for the cold weather (Raynaud's).....they help to keep the cold air flow off of the back of the hands. The heated grips are great, but even with thick gloves, the cold wind can cause flare ups, with pain and numbness, that can make riding difficult. As for the much warmer temps? Just turn them to direct with airflow right to you. VERY handy for staying cool on days of riding in mid to upper 90* temps. Had similar deflectors on my 2013, but they didn't look nearly as sleek as these do. Wasn't crazy about having to drill into the plastic on the bike, but we do what we gotta do! :o) |
