I just installed the hitch today. It sure was nice to have the additional instructions (thanks to Steven Butland). Installation was still frustrating because of bolt alignment problems on the H-bracket. Keeping the bolts loose is essential to adjustments but even then alignment was difficult. A pry bar is helpful. So far, the quality of the hitch seems really nice.
