Wish I would have purchased sooner

I purchased the standard risers. They are heavy duty and, being an old machinist, very well made. I really wish I had bought these sooner, but kept putting it off.
A few things to say about this packaging that is not as good as I think it should/could be: The little zip-lock bag and bubble wrap could have been more protective as the parts punctured the bag side during shipping and began to come out, (there was no bubble wrap on the sides). Also, the instructions could be better, especially for first timers like me. Luckily I had a biker buddy help me, and we really had no problem. Took us about 1-1/2 hours. Something included that I did not expect were the bolt head caps. A nice surprise!
I have not ridden since install today (rain, rain), but can tell a big difference in the position of my back. Before install I could not grip the bars while resting my back on the backrest. Now, I can sit back and still have a full grip on the bars! Yahooo!!!!
