well I got this hitch opened it and thought this is going to be hard to do but turns out it wasnt to bad took about 2.5 hrs to install looks great. My only prob is I wish they offered all 3 hitchs to go with it as 1 is not enough I got the no drop and its to high for my trailer.Over all great product
