Fit California Sidecar?
Just went to try fit on our CSC. It is a very nice cover, but I don't know if I'm going to be able to get it on. We have an '08 Wing with CSC conversion just done in December (Cobra XL). I have spent about 20 minutes so far, I will try some more. I called Wingstuff and was told they haven't heard of any fitment problems with our conversion. I also ordered one for a friend that has same conversion, but hasn't tried it yet. He already sent one back to J&P Cycle that didn't fit his last Fall. I will update. If I get it on rating will go to 5 star. |

This was one of the first things installed on our 1800. Wife really likes it. Main problem-Have to swing them out to open the trunk fully, which is sometimes annoying. I heard at one rally this past summer that Kury had some adapter you could install to correct this, but have not as of yet found it. I think the model they make for Harley has some adapter for it. |
ISO-Grips for use w/OEM Heated Grips for GL1800

Got these grips when I bought my '08 new in '08 because I liked the IsoGrips so well on my 1500. Today was about the 5th time to try to install. Got a tip from a vendor last year on how to pull the sides together. You make a tourniquet with some cord and short piece of dowel, which gives even pressure all around. Well still no luck. Called Kury. I now know why. The dealer installed the grips so they are not factory. These grips will ONLY work with heated grips from the factory, not even if it's Hondaline. Now I can only try to find someone to sell them to that has factory heated grips. Too late for me to work something out with dealer, and I guess I cannot blame Kury. |
