One more note, I used some foam padding behind the speakers to bring them closer to my ears. Hope this helps others.

The iMC set is installed in my Shoei Multi-tech while I have J&M installed in my 3/4 Arai.Compared to my J&M elite speakers these have less bass but offer better range from mid to highs. This kit is for people that want to install a headset in their helmet without modifiying it, that being said there are two things to keep in mind:

first the microphone is directional noise cancelling, so if you have it pointed slightly in the wrong direction you'll get wind noise (there is a dot on the mic which is supposed to be pointed to your mouth)

secondly the speakers are thin which makes them easy to install but sound (especially music) is poor if they aren't up against your ears. It's the same thing that happens with my Bose over the ear headphones, if I pull them away from my ears the sound is horrible.

I would recommend this to a friend that is willing to take time to install it properly or have a beer with me while I install it for him.
