Easy add-on

Install was pretty straight forward. Went around the piece with a flat file to take care of any sharp edges, removed the plastic covering (on both sides), removed the four acorn nuts, pulled the cover away and slid the pan into place. Just remember to leave everything loose until you get the front piece into place and then re-tighten everything up. As others have said, the foil that Honda wraps around the plastic tank doesn't offer much protection from an impact - now I have that much less to worry about. Nice product and per usual WingStuff is quick and easy to deal with. Thanks! |

| First, thank-you to Phil at Wingstuff, these were delivered as promised in time for an upcoming trip. The install was fairly straightforward. I used the three page instructions that Wingstuff e-mailed to me instead of the two page set of instructions that came in the box. (The three page instructions are the same as what is on Kuryakan's website.). The biggest help was the picture on the box of an installed set (guy thing). I did add a drop of Blue thread lock to the bolts on the bottom of the bracket. Spent a bit of time with the bike on the centerstand getting the pegs adjusted. I will fine tune these this coming week with a bit of slab time headed to Idaho. Will provide an update after this next trip. |
