Bad fitment

First of all, two screw holes on the product do not line up with the screws on the trunk lid. Secondly, I'm having a hard time with realizing why this product is worth 80 bucks. And third, I just don't care for the angle at which you need to bed over to look up into the trunk organizer. I have returned the product.
