Flag mounting

Installed flag mount used less than a month started to see a crack developing at mounting point, took flag and pole off. Used flag that came with the mount seems to catch a lot of air and vibrate excessively, need to repair trunk box ,at a very minimum I would like to be reimbursed cost of flag system
