Defective material

When I went to install the unit it broke. I put very little pressure on this as it just slides over the brake pedal. Wingstuff sent me another one. On the replacement I installed the two set screws but one of the screw holes is defective. The screw just keeps turning. Does not tighten. The other screw tightens fine. I will not be returning this one. Hoping it stays on. I would keep away from this product.
