LST Horizon HeliBars for GL1800 & F6B

I am not an employee of Helibars. I have no association with them at all. You must know this, because I am going to rave about them. Yes, they are very expensive, yes they take time to put on (my Wing is a 2012 model). These are not something you think "I wonder" about, let me say just this: if you have a Gen 1 or Gen 2 Goldwing YOU MUST PUT THESE ON YOUR BIKE! You will not BELIEVE what a difference they make. Not only does that disconcerting flex and rubbery feeling of the standard bars go, you will now have the PERFECT riding position. I thought the Wing was comfortable has now stepped up to a new level. I now get full benefit from the rider's backrest which I never got before, and the bar position is perfect. Believe me, in 50 years of riding bikes, it is very rare for me to find a "must have" mod or aftermarket item, but for the Goldwing, Helibars are it. Forget the price: you will NOT regret putting them on!

Tridium LED Fog/Running/Driving Light Kit for F6B, GL1800

There are a couple of things I must point out first: 1- Finding the plug for the light switch is a total pain in the ass; 2- threading the wiring up to the indicators is a total pain in the ass- however neither of these things are ShowChrome's fault. The good? When hooked up the lights seem to work very well in all three functions, and installing the light units themselves is quite straightforward. The bad? They are most definitely NOT plug and play for Australian GL1800's: mine is 2012 and I had to do a bit of rewiring to get the indicators and running lights to work. The terrible? The leads for the fog lights are too short, especially the left one; so much so I had to extend it to reach the factory plug; also, the plugs for the loom from the light units to the indicators is a bitch to try and fit: it looks as though it should be an easy fit, but it took 5 minutes of fiddling and cursing to get it to fit in. Had I known these things beforehand I would probably not have bought them
