Pretty good, not perfect

These perform well redirecting air away from your hands. It's also nice that they use the existing screw hole in the bottom of the mirror so you don't have to drill or anything. Make sure you get the part that screws in to the mirror nice and tight first and then tighten the bottom but as directed. I didn't get the top part tight enough at first and when I was adjusting the wings it was just unscrewing from the mirror. As other reviewers said, it rubs the bottom of the mirror a bit if you adjust it all the way in the one direction. So that's not great, but I don't see it being a problem for me personally.
