Understand the cable limitations

This cable is designed to be placed in the left saddlebag as a second charge point. This cable will not transfer data from your phone for carplay. My phone was becoming so hot in the storage box of my 2018 goldwing tour. I had planned to install this cable in the open port and connect phone for apple carplay. This cable will not support this. It will only charge your phone and allow music to play.
