Aero Flip-Out Highway Pegs for 2018 Honda Gold Wing
ITEM CODE: RIGW003, SKU: RIGW003

They're for shorter riders!
I liked the look of them, but my inseam is only 30" and the furthest adjustment point was still not forward enough, and my calves are uncomfortable against the bike because the pegs aren't wide enough . I'll be trying Ergo III Highway pegs that have a lot more functionality and cost $297.https://wingstuff.com/products/37244-ergo-iii-cruise-mounts-w-trident-dually-iso-peg-gloss-black |
Taller Final Drive Gearing

Have you noticed that when NOT riding 2 up and pulling a trailer, 1st gear is almost useless and at highway speeds in 5th gear, she's just begging to be shifted? Someone else already tested this solution, but selling only the complete final drive, instead of a more affordable option of just the gears. Lots of interest expressed on another discussion group. Instead of stock 33 teeth on the ring gear and 12 teeth on the pinion 33/12 = 2.75 ratio, replace with 32/14 = 2.2857 or 2.29. Tested difference is 70 mph at 2600 rpm vs. 3000 rpm with stock gearing. 58mph = 2100rpm 63mph at 2300rpm 70mph at 2600rpm 75mph at 2800rpm that's sweet right there ... perfect for slab riding..really burn through miles and motor isn't even breaking a sweat. 80mph at 2900rpm 85mph at 3100rpm (about the rpm we go 70) 90mph at 3300rpm 95mph at 3500rpm 100mph at 3700rpm
